Eggful Journey Into The Unknown

[Kerum Kosha]

Kerum was happy, they had passed their very first breeder test and it was not easy. It took three of them combined to figure out the eggs but it had been worth it. Now Kerum and his companion Anima were heading to the next town to try for a second win, just this time they had eggs to tend. His was in the ornate box that was given to them he had found a cherish ball meant to catch whatever pokemon was inside. From what they had thought then it was a Tropious which was one of five Grass Flying pokemon and it would be a great pokemon to have.

The path ahead of them was very distinct and it should allow them to get to the next town without much problems, the sun was nice and the trees were pleasantly green. A few clouds rolled in and out of the sky but didn't provide much protection from the sun. Kerum wanted to spend a great deal of time on this route just enjoying it, he could smell the river nearby as well.

[Anima Everhart]

Anima followed Kerum throughout the new route; within her hands was the egg case that contained her prize for passing the Gustella town’s breeders test. The sun shinned nicely with only a few clouds to disturb the clear, bright day as if the sky itself was shining in their favor, congratulating the two on passing.

“This is a lovely spot.” Anima said calmly with a smile. “There are a lot of interesting Pokemon that roam around kind of areas as well .” Beside Anima, Damon, her Poochyena friend followed quietly, he focused strongly at the area ahead as if he was waiting for something to show up.

OCC: not a grassy area like place but a swampy area *sweat drop*

AS the two continued into the route without much of anything stirring the area started to shift become much more moist and the ground soggy as it was shifting into a swamp like area. Small bodies of water could be seen only about ankle deep but it was still wet.

"Well this shall be interesting." Kerum stated as he continued through trying to find the dryest and most stable path to take through the swamp, he clutched the egg like it was his own life.

Farther down the path, two water types were cheerfully playing, both trying to push the other one into the water first. Of course, being water types, they quickly realized it wasn't any fun just helping the other one into the water. Seeing the two humans approaching, they immediately decided to change targets and see who could push their human into the water before the other one.

[Anima Everhart]

Damon stopped and perked his ears up. Something's coming. Damon started growling as the force got closer. Anima noticed this and walked over to her Pokemon. "Hm? What's wrong?" Suddenly Two Pokemon appeared, if they were attacking or not it was hard to tell.

Damon, determined not to let the the Pokemon get any closer to his friend got in front of Anima and tackled the Pokemon that was charging towards her, the Buizel.

[RESULT: 7]

The Buizel was caught off guard as Damon attacked, managing to deal great damage on the water weasel. "Hm, it seems we have some Pokemon here." Anima said however she seemed uncertain about something, which was rare.

'something doesn't seem right, they didn't seem that aggressive when they charged, and surely that buizel wouldn't have taken that high of damage if it was prepared to fight, right? maybe...' Anima thought to herself.

[Kerum Kosha]

Kerum hopped back as the dog started to go crazy and Sen jumped in front of him eyeing the surrounding when two pokemon erupted from the swamp. Sen zeroed in on the Duck and started to fire off bullet seeds.

[RESULT: 5]

The seeds hit its mark five of them did sending the duck back a few steps as it glared at the grass pokemon. Its flying type aspect was the only reason it didn't hurt more.

The Buizel got its balance back and glared at the dog infront of it and used sonic boom towards the very scary looking pokemon.

[RESULT: 9]

The sonicwaves slammed hard into the canine pokemon with great force, this water pokemon was not going down without a fight.

[Anima Everhart]

The attack hurt, but Damon did not show the pain in the slightest he jumped back and growled at the Buizel as to prove that the attack did nothing against the dark type dog before attacking again with another tackle.

He attack well managing to bring down the weasels, however the water type was not yet out.

The Ducklett took a few steps back in surprise as the seed attacked, shooting seeds at the poor aquatic bird. Angered by Sen's attack the Ducklett attacked with hopes to teach that plant a lesson.

[RESULT: 9] +1=10

The Duckett charge forward enraged and slapped Sen silly with her powerful wings, that oughta teach him a lesson in attacking birds.

[Kerum Kosha]

The slap sent Sen flying and spinning through the air skipping off the shallow water before skidding to a stop. Shaking its small little body it stood up and charged forward at the last minute stopping and using another Bullet Seed.

[RESULT: 4]

The hit landed again but did less damage then the first time, pain was still in the seeds body but it was ignoring it.

The tackle hurt as she weasel was pushed back but it refused to hit the ground and stood there barely hanging on unleashing yet another sonic boom.

[RESULT: 9]

The noise rippled through the air causing even Kerum to hold his ears as the blast from the weasel hit the canine hard in the face.

[Anima Everhart]

Another Sonic Boom hit Damon powerfully throwing Damon back a little, his ears are ringing from the blasted noise up ahead. "Now, now, Damon, my friend. Don't let this Pokemon get you down, your better then that." Anima said calmly as if she was not worried about that powerful attack, "Now lets attack again with your tackle." Damon charged forward again to tackle down the Buizel again.

[RESULT: 3]

Damon was tired from the battle's effects, however Anima's voice reminded him what was on the line in this match, gathering much of his strength, Damon attacked just hard enough to take down the weasel.

The Ducklett shook off the attack in annoyance, this plant didn't know when stop and this would surely make him pay. The Ducklett attacked again, though this time with a water gun instead.


[RESULT: 4] -1=3

It was definatly not as strong as her first hit, then again, she did not use an attack that was strong against grass type Pokemon like Seedot.

[Kerum Kosha]

Kerum smiled as the duck seemed to be a one hit wonder hitting much harder the second time. "Alright Sen, another bullet seed, lets finish it off so Anima doesn't have to wait on us." He stated as the seeds were launched at the Duck.

[RESULT: 4]

The seeds hit but didn't do enough damage to the duck to finish it off, looks like Anima would be waiting on them after all. "Its ok Sen, we still go this."

[Anima Everhart]

The Ducklett was able to shake off the attack again, it wasn't the most powerful and it defiantly wasn't enough for her to go down on, however she was tired. All the bullets hitting her were beginning to wear her out. This was suppose to be a game for Pete's sake not a bloody battle to the end. Summoning up much of her power, The Ducklett attacked with a Brine in hopes that the damage will do well.

[RESULT: Miss]

It was a disappointment however, that she was to miss with this attack, leaving her to await her fate with this Seedot.

They had gotten a lucky break, the Ducklett had missed giving them the perfect opening to finish her off. Kerum was clutching his box with the egg in it to make sure none of the attacks went stray and hurt the pokemon inside of the egg. "Alright hit the opening Sen." Kerum stated.

[RESULT: 9]

Sen dove to the side making a even bigger opening and shooting out several very large seeds hitting the Ducklet in this side of the face repeatedly causing massive damage. Rolling back to its feet it was panting slightly but was excited to have won.

Kerum scooped up the little seed, it was too tired to fight back and was gently laid inside Kerum's bag to sleep and rest. "Well that was entertaining. Shall we continue on down the path?" Kerum asked as he walked over to Anima patting her canine on the head.

Off to the side of the path, two Nidoran were fighting irritably. At least, one of them was fighting, the other was trying to get away and collect flowers from the side of the road. The blue Nidoran glared at her brother with a sigh. It was an embarrassment to admit she was related to him sometimes, he was such a wimp. Seeing the two trainers coming towards them, she saw a chance to both help her brother man up and beat up some Pokemon too, so it was win-win for her either way. Shoving her brother into the path, she looked fiercely at the trainers approaching them.

Anima nodded. Before noticing Damon tense up again, growling in another direct where two Pokemon were rushing up to battle. "Yes, it was quite entertaining however, it seems that it is not over. Damon was about to attack but Anima called him off before sending out a different Pokemon.

"Damon, you do not need to push yourself this hard, let one of our friends fight against these two. Go Ileana!" Out from the ball's contents the royal pig appeared giving out an annoyed snort and looking around the area in disgust. This was no place for a royal Spoink!

"Ileana, please, now's not the time for your critique. This Nidoran♀ here wants a challenge, wouldn't you love to show her who's boss?" Anima asked, catching Ileana's attention. Ileana liked the idea of showing off her perfection as well as who is the boss. The Spoink nodded in agreement before attacking with Extrasensory.

[RESULT: 7] + 1

Ileana attacked hard and fast with her great psychic powers, the attack had hit strongly enough to cause the enemy female to flinch from the hit.

"..Well, that worked well enough, I think my job might as well be done here." Anima smirked as she watched the battles from her spot.

[Kerum Kosha]

Kerum sighed as another wave of pokemon showed up, "Bet we interupted there private time." Kerum joked as he tossed out his pokeball summoning Rainey. "Lets show them what we are made of Rain." He stated as she rose up hissing before launching a Dragonbreath at the little Nidoran.

[RESULT: 1]

The dragon move did very little to the small pokemon which didn't really bother Rainey, she stayed calm and composed ready to win the battle.

The female version of the duo was hit so hard that it didn't know what to do and just stood there unable to move momentarily to stunned to act.
