Lee walked over to the others. "Good job. Looks like both of you have new companions." he congratulated them. Vincent followed behind Lee, but was glancing over at Akira and her Tailow. The Venonat tilted his head to the side, slightly confused at Akira's reaction to the pokemon. "Venonat?" he seemed to question it aloud. Lee glanced down at his Venonat, then looked over to where Vincent was staring.
"Something wrong, Akira?" he asked the girl. He was ready to continue on to Gustella Town, but Akira had been acting a bit strange after Hiroaki explained the gym in Gustella Town. Lee had to wonder if it had anything to do with that. Was it the gym that made her nervous? Maybe it was the gym leader? He didn't know. But now her interaction with the Tailow was just as curious. Was it just because she was nervous about going to Gustella Town or something else? Lee wasn't sure.

"Nothing! Nothing's wrong!" Akira said, returning the sleeping Keima to his pokeball. "Let's...Let's just keep moving, alright? The sooner we get to Gustella, the better."

Hiroaki looked at Akira with concern but thought it better not to bring up any pass fears for the girl. He could tell, by how Akira was acting around her new Taillow, and came to a conclusion that she was afraid of bird Pokemon for some reason. This explained why she wanted to avoid Gustella Town. He then smiled a bit and said, "Yeah, lets continue on our way to Gustella Town."

Lee shrugged his shoulders. "Alright then." he responded simply. He didn't want to press her on the issue. He was concerned, but if she wasn't going to say anything then he wouldn't hound her over it. He looked down at Vincent, who then looked up at his trainer and cocked his big round purple head to the side. "Venonat?" he questioned. Lee responded by shrugging his shoulders at Vincent, seeming to understand what Vincent was questioning.
He then turned his attention to Hiroaki. "Sounds like a plan to me. Wouldn't want to delay for too long. Gustella Town awaits. This will be my first gym battle and I'm psyched going into it." Lee exclaimed. He then turned around on his heels and began walking down Route 801 again toward Gustella Town. He couldn't wait to face his first gym challenge. Hopefully his first time would be the charm. If not, then he'd keep going at it again and again and again until he succeeded. He was determined, if nothing else.

As they continued on their way, Hiroaki heard a sound in the brush. Telling his group to wait, he ventured past some bushes and was met with the sight of a large blue pokemon on it's side. The pokemon looked like it was in a lot of pain, as it's breath hitched every so often and it's body twitched. Carefully approaching it, Hiroaki made his way to help the pokemon. It opened it's eyes and tried to strike out at him, hissing. "Bal!" It yelped before the pain grew too much for it, forcing it to lay back down again. Hiroaki did his best to reassure the pokemon he would not hurt it. Reluctantly, the pokemon trusted him as it knew he was its only chance at getting through this. Hiroaki quickly took off his bag and began searching through it, various pieces of equipment falling out while he got what he wanted. He pulled out a potion and the pokemon recognized the bottle as something that humans used to help pokemon feel better, and it lifted one of it's front legs, revealing a massive gash in its chest. Hiroaki quickly sprayed the potion quickly and the pokemon hissed from the pain, but did not otherwise move as the coordinator treated the pokemon. Soon the medicine was empty, and the pokemon tiredly sat up. With a little help from Hiroaki, the pokemon stood shakily and stared at the human who saved its life, bowing it's head gratefully at him. "Cobalion" It said, introducing itself. looking down at the spilled equipment, the blue pokemon kicked up one of the purple pokeballs with its bootlike hoof until it landed in the coordinators hands, pushing the button in the middle of the capture device with it's nose until it was brought in. The pokeball wiggled once, twice, three times before it clicked accompanied by a ring. Hiroaki's heart had proven kind, and he earned himself the power of a Cobalion.
