"Yes the awesome smell of clean air and the feeling of not being locked inside a pokeball make this even better!" Rook clamered on from Anthony's shoulder. Anthony adjusted his sunglasses before saying "Today is nice, do you think we will see anything cool before reaching the next town?"

"Of course we will life with me is one big adventure never know when something awsome is going to pop out in front of us." Rook replied as the duo follwed the path towards their next stop wherever that may be.

"I can't believe it. We finally made it to Route 801, this is truly the starting point of our new journey team." Arey stated to her Pokemon, who were both resting on each side of her shoulder. Kingston, her Snivy on her left shoulder and Ailey, her Emogla on her right shoulder. The Pokemon cooed in unison as they glanced around the peaceful route. "Are yo guys ready? We have a lot of training and catching to do if we're planning on making it to the top." "Sni, Emm!" The Pokemon cooed again. Smiling, the young lady strutted down path carefully. However Ailey quickly decided that she wanted to take the lead for a little while, gliding out of her trainer's shoulder and soaring into the open sky ahead of them. "Ailey, don't go to far!" Arey shouted.

Unfortunately, Ailey was in her own little world. Gliding from side to side and enjoying the cool wind that brush against her wings only caused the little Emolga to fly with a faster pace. She soon closed her eyes, and within seconds she found herself bumping into someone and something, causing her to land on the soft ground. "Emog!" She cried, rubbing her tiny paws against her head. Glancing up, she soon notice a trainer and his Pokemon standing in front of her. Tiny tears then started to form within her brown eyes and soft cry escaped her lips as she stared at the strangers with a cute, helpless expression that would make anyone give her some type of attention.

Anthony and rook were walking down the path when all of a sudden he felt something hit his back. He slowly turned around to see what hit when only to see the cute pokemon on the path behind him.

"Well you did ask for adventure." Rook said jokingly to Anthony before turning to Emolga. "You alright sweet cheeks?"

"Are you okay little one?" Anthony said kneeling down to see if it was hurt from hitting into him and looking around to see if it had trainer or it was wild.

Wiping away her tears, she then flashed the trainer and his Pokemon an adorable smile. She was pleased to learn that her attempt to grab their attention had worked out well. Dusting herself off, she took flight into the air again, circling around the duo and smiling at them with her charming smile.

A few seconds later, a stunning young blond lady and a Snivy had made their appeared in front of the dou. "Ailey, there you are!" She cried, walking over and pulling the Emolga into her petite arms. "Are you okay?" She asked her softly. After checking on Ailey, she then noticed a trainer and his Pokemon. "Oh, how rude of me. I'm Arey." She introduced herself with a smile.

The Emolga wiped away its tears and soon started to fly in circles over the duo. After a momment passed a blonde haired girl came down the path carrying a snivy. After she checked on the Emolga which was apparently hers she introduced herself as Arey.

"Nice to meet you Arey my name is Anthony and this is Rook." Anthony said returning her smile and pointed to the Sandile on his shoulder.

"A pleasure to meet you miss. What brings a sweet young lady such as yourself out here?" Rook asked from his shoulder perch.

"It's a pleasure to meet you both. You've already met my Emolga, Ailey. This little Snivy right here is Kingston." She stated, introducing her Pokemon.

She then glanced over at Rook, taking out her pink Pokedex to father a little information about him. However, she soon got distracted by the words flowing out of the Pokemon's mouth. Slowly, her mouth started to widen a bit as she stared at Rook in amazement. "Whoa, you can talk!" Even Kingston and Ailey seem to have been quite impressed by the Pokemon's action. Snapping out of her daze. she finally responded to Rook's question. "I'm just starting my journey to become a Pokemon Coordinator. So, I'm out here looking for some new Pokemon to capture and train." She replied. "But what are you guys doing out here?" She asked them curiously.

"Together we are going to challenge and beat all of the gyms and someday challenge the pokemon league. Since we are both headed in the same direction wana head there together?" Anthony asked.

"Lets go looking for new friends." Rook said pointing down the path.

"That's awesome, I'm sure that you guys will become very sucessful with that." She said with a smile. She then thought about his next question for a few seconds. "It would be great to have some company during this long journey." She added, she then looked at both of her Pokemon. "What do you two think? She asked them with a soft smile. Kingston and Ailey both smiled back and nodded their heads at her. "Okay, looks like we're going to be traveling together!"

"Alrighty then lets get on our way to gustella town or at least thats what I think its called. Are you looking for any pokemon in particular Arey?" Anthony said getting ready to head out.


"Lets go the pokemon are not going to find themselves now are they?" Rook said giving Anthony a small push and pointing down the path.

"Yeah, I think that there's a Pokemon Gym there that you can challenge."" She pointed out."Well, I've been told that Wurmple, Buneary, Lillipup and Ralts could be found roaming around on this route. It would be pretty awesome to run into at least one of those Pokemon." She replied with a gentle smile, she then looked over at Anthony and asked him the same question. "Are you looking for any certain Pokemon?"

Giggling at actions, she soon started to trail behind them down the peaceful path.

"Nothing really in particular on this route. Though if I find something I like I might try to capture it." Anthony replied as they walked down the path.

Trying to keep the conversation going Anthony asked. "I was orginally from Kanto where are you from?"

A soft smiled touched her lips gently once she heard him say that he was from Kanto, which just so happen to be her home region as well. "No way, I'm from Kanto too. Celadon City to be exact." She replied, a smile still attached to her lips. "Which city or town are you from? She asked curiously.

"No way I am from Fushia City." Anthony said surprised to meet someone from his home region.

"If you don't mind me asking what made you come to Varaia?" Anthony asked forgeting about looking for pokemon for now.

"That's awesome, that city isn't too far from Celadon." She stated, still smiling at him. It was pretty cool to know that they were both from the same Kanto, it could be one of many other things that they just might share in common with each other.

"It's a long story, I don't think that we will have enough time for it right now, since we're looking for Pokemon," she replied, her smile starting to fade away now. The truth was that she didn't want to tell her that she moved to Varaia with her father because she mother had passed away and figured that it would have been best for them to try to start over and move on with their life. That's what her mother would have wanted for them to do. "Why did you come here?"

"Umm... I am here cause I am supposed to be taking part in the breeder program but I don't want to be a breeder I wan't to be a pokemon master." Anthony said telling Arey the short and sweat version of his tale.

"Whats that up ahead?" Rook said pointing into the distance.
