Well, that went better than expected! Trying to match the woman's hearty handshake, Sawyer sort of gave it more oomph than needed, but her flailing efforts weren't of much concern when Wendy mentioned the badge and other goodies. Pausing, she took a few seconds to look the three items over, smiling before snatching two up.
"I'll take Acrobatics - sounds fancy." She bent her hand down to show Paisley and Luca the shiny feather, continuing after a moment's passing. "Thanks Wendy. After I get these two healed up I just need to take 802 to Torrentia, right? My friends went ahead and traveled on and I'd like to catch up to them soon." Her Axew yawned and tugged at the bottom of her skirt, causing the girl's mind to wander a bit. She'd do what she had to do before leaving, but all that her train of thoughts consisted of where picking up her bag and egg by the breeder, head to the Pokecenter, and then get a move on. |
