Libra rolled with the force of the attack so it didn't damage as much as it could of but it still hurt. HE was on his feet in seconds b and he once again slammed into his opponent with a tackle.

Cici shrugged off the attack like it was nothing and flipped back around for another hit, and Wendy only watched as the Honchkrow aimed at Libra carefully, rushing towards him in another Aerial Ace.

With some fancy foot work Libra dodged the attack and stuck out his tongue at the bird. "Libra! Focus!"
Libra froze for a split second before charging once again.

The Honchkrow snorted at Libra before veering off, glaring at the pokemon. Wendy clicked her tongue before sighing.
"Not a good idea to tease a Honchkrow. Cici! Get ahold of yourself and use Gust!" She commanded as the pokemon rapidly flapped her wings.

Will watched libra more than ready to take him out if the need came. his foot work was much slower than before and his legs trembled slightly. "Libra?"
Knowinh that Will was asking if he wanted to quit Libra shook his head and went for another attack one different then the tackles. Absorb when it took effect he felt just a little better.
[RESULT: 5] 1- resistence +1 hp to libra

Cici glared harder than ever before and immediately dived at Libra in another Aerial Ace, spiraling to give it more power.
[RESULT: 6] Super Effective +1
Cici cried out her victory as the grass pokemon went down, and she snorted at Will, daring him to bring out another pokemon. Wendy sighed and shook her head in exasperation at the dark pokemon.
"Cici, you are just as bad as Tranquil." She muttered, looking apologetically at her challenger.

Wi8ll swallowed hard. this was the first time he had to call Libra into his ball since they had first met. "You did wonderful Little Brother."
then his eyes hardened and he quickly threw out his third Pokemon. Zealot! Roast this bird with your Flame Burst!" the Torchic had barely come out of the ball before she launched the requested attack.
With a glint in her eye Zealot sized up her opponent her chest and was ready for this battle.

Cici cried out at the fiery attack and she landed roughly on the ground, struggling to stand up. Wendy smirked at the torchic that stood bravely against her dark bird.
"Now there is a surprise, well done. Cici, use Dark Pulse!" She commanded as her Honchkrow glared at Zealot, opening her beak and firing a black and purple beam at the fire pokemon.

The force of the Dark Pulse made Zealot slide back next to Will. Her eyes widened when she saw how close the attack had come to hitting Will. Then she glared and with glowing talons she jumped up to attack the bird with a Crush Claw. No one got away with attampting to hurt HER trainer!

"Zealot what do you say we finish this battle?"
Zealot nodded fluffing up her feathers waiting for a command.
"Night Slash."

When Cici fainted Will knelt down and Zealot ran over to him. He placed a warm friendly hand on her head and she cooed in delight. A soft smile said more to the young fire Pokemon more than any words ever could, on how pleased he was with her performance.

Trevor raised his flags as Cici went down, slipping into unconsciousness. "Honchkrow is unable to battle, Torchic wins! The Victory goes to the Challenger Will!" He said as Wendy recalled her pokemon, walking over to Will with a smile on her face. "That was mighty fun. Here is proof that you beat me fair and square, the Float Badge. You Also get a TM, but you only get one, so pick carefully." She said, holding out the prizes. Badge Obtained: Will: Float Badge  TM Obtained: Will: G5TM 40 Aerial Ace OR G5TM 62 Acrobatics |

Will looked down at Zealot, "I don't know girl what do you think?"
Zealot stopped cooing and looked at him then at the two TM's. How did he expect her to choose? She had no idea what they were. Randomly she Pointed with her beak at one. "Aerial Ace huh? Alright then we'll take that one." he informed the gym leader and took the TM and badge from her. "Thank you for your time."
He nodded down to his little Torchic to follow him out of the Gym as he pocketed the item. One badge down seven to go.
