Okay, since most of you, oddly enough, don't want to take part in the Ghost Story competition *That threw me for a loop, writers who find themselves unable to write a pokemon ghost styory? o.O* I have come up with an alternate way for you to have fun this halloween. The Tournament of Screams!
Before you say anything, no, it is NOT a screaming competition. Even I find that annoying. It is an actual battling tournament, with a twist! The winner of the competition gets 2 Mystic Waters, the Runner up gets 5 rare candy, and everyone else gets a rare candy for entering. The Rules of the tournament are as follow:
1. You may ONLY enter ONE pokemon.
2. Your pokemon HAS to have GHOST as one of its types.
3. Pokemon with the prefix U. cannot be entered.
4. Do not throw a fight so that your friend can win, both players will be disqualified and will NOT get a consolation prize if there is unfair play.
5. Of all the Multi-turn Moves *As defined in the Attacks/Abilities thread*, only Ice Ball and Rollout may be used.
6. OHKO attacks may NOT be used during the competition.
7. You may not use items during the competition, all pokemon will be healed automatically in-between battles.
8. You may not evolve pokemon that use items to evolve during the competition. If you have a Snorunt and want to evolve it into Froslass for the tournament, do it beforehand.
9. No complaining about level matchups, level does NOT matter on the SS Battelle as you can't gain experience anyway.
10. The pokemon you sign up with CANNOT be altered in any way after you have signed up. This includes, but is not limited to: Evolution, Level, Moveset, Health, and Abilities
The competition will begin on the 30th at Noon. When you are ready, all you have to do is sign up here with the following form:
