  (OOC: Event for Basile, Sul, Kata and Dizzy) The wind blew gently, causing the small grasses of route 801 to dance elegantly. On this fine day, a large group of pokemon lounged about. They were Suicune, the embodiment of the North wind. The large blue dogs, and some smaller pups, were enjoying this fine day as their leader, a large suicune with a blue mane and a huge scar across his eye, a trophy from a past battle. He watched over the rest of his pack with unrelenting vigilence. With a growl, he glared in the west and jumped as a net sailed past, ensnaring several of the beasts. Landing behind the net, the shiny dog growled and turned to the rest of his companions, who were lucky enough to escape the net but were still frozen in fear. "Cuuuunnnnnne!" Run, quickly! He barked. The other suicune nodded and ran off, leaving their leader to deal with the cloaked figures that appeared. "Get them all! Go Duskull!" They said as multiple ghost pokemon appeared. The shiny suicune growled and stood his ground, readying for battle. |

Yuki was nearby, taking a walk with his new Charmeleon. He heard the sounds of battle and the winds blowing fiercely. This didn't sound too good. He ran towards the sound, to find a large Shiny Suicune locked in an intense bout with Team Necro.
His mind instantly flashed to the moment he got Diamante, and panicked. Blazeburn looked up to her trainer and understood that something was wrong. She turned to the Duskull, growling and preparing herself for battle. "Blazeburn, don't underestimate these guys. They want to kill these legendary pokemon for some reason..Be careful."

Azel was still wandering around the route after the latest swarm. He'd been lucky enough to capture a truly amazing treeko. He was feeling pretty good about himself, until he heard a commotion a little way down the path. So he struck up a quick jog, only to encounter a pack of suicune being hunted by some odd masked people. "Hey, you! Leave those suicune alone!" And to back up his demand, his hand went to his belt, ready to pull a pokeball. |

Con had only been taking a walk around the route to check for any berries she may have needed. Yawning, he hadn’t waited long until the sound of a commotion hit his ears. Maybe that was Yuki, getting himself in trouble again. But this sounded more… like a scuffle. He hurried up a slope before seeing the Suicune in trouble. He saw Yuki somewhere across from him, and then Azel, whom he didn’t know, but had seen facing off against his sister the last contest he watched on TV.
“What do you think you're doing?…” Con struggled to keep his voice level as he spoke to the team Necro members, but it was things like this, that made it hard to control his temper.

The three grunts looked at the newcomers with glares in their eyes. They looked at the suicune not yet caught in the net and grinned.
"Shadow Ball!" They cried, and the three duskull prepared their attacks, launching the purple blobs at the trainers. Without another thought the shiny suicune jumped in front of the trainers and cried out as the shadow balls hit him. He disappeared from sight and the Grunts gave evil laughs, getting into a battle stance.
"Now that that's taken care of, let's get rid of these brats!" Said one of the grunts, and the duskull flew in front of their trainers, ready to battle. Meanwhile, the suicune caught in the net behind them were struggling, whimpering to get out.

Yuki was shocked by the Suicune's readiness to defend them. He would not allow this to happen. He looked to Blazeburn, who was ready for a fight. "Blazeburn, Use Dragon Pulse on the first one!"
Blazeburn growled in shared fury with her trainer, a wave of blue-hued energy racing from her body. It rushed towards the first Duskull...but veered off course. It seemed that this wasn't going to be an easy fight.

Azel gritted his teeth and growled in disgust. These guys were horrible. Absolutely horrible! He's show them! If it was a fight they wanted, it was a fight they would get. He reached for his pokemon, only to be interrupted by an attack that was blocked by one of the suicunes. It was horrifying to watch the creature disappear after saving them.
He had to help! For the sake of the one who had just saved him!
"Alright Izzy! Let's go! Use dragonbreath!"
[RESULT: 7] [Paralyzed]
The attack landed heavily on the first duskull. Apparently the treeko was no more impressed that his trainer.

Con frowned as it seemed these Necro grunts would never give up, and he pulled a Pokeball out, looking down before throwing it out, and Staccato came to form, flapping his wings to stay up next to Izzy and Blazeburn. The Breeder looked from the trapped Suicune to the grunts and clenched his fists.
“If they want to do this the hard way then we will, Staccato, use Faint attack!”
[RESULT: 6]+1 super effective
Staccato gave them a solid hit, but it certainly wasn't enough to finish them.

The grunts all gave angry shouts at their pokemon,, not at all pleased by the successes from the interfering trainers.
"Shadow ball on the treecko!" Shouted the first grunt, angry at his paralyzed duskull. The injured ghost tried to muster up as much courage as he could to form the demanded attack.
[RESULT: 6]
Unfortunately it twitched from the paralysis and was unable to move, and the second duskull moved in to make the attack instead, launching a big black blob of power at Izzy.
[RESULT: 2]
It was weak, but it was a hit, and the duskull cheered at its mediocre success. The third grunt glared at the murkrow and pumped a fist toward his duskull.
"Shadow ball!" He commanded, and the duskull squeaked in obedience.
[RESULT: 6] Not very effective, -1
And the shadow ball from this duskull was much better than the other two, but still no where near good enough for their tastes. A small form nudged Azel's back, and he could only see a flash of blue before it disappeared.
Save them... Said a voice in his head. It was weak, but it was there.

Yuki was feeling a tad stressed. Why did he always have such rotten luck? Either way, this was no time to be distracted! He looked to Blazeburn, then to the second Duskull. "Use Metal Claw on the Second one!"
Blazeburn nodded and raised her right hand, watching it coat with silvery metal. She charged at the second Duskull, slashing with all her might..only to feel her claws rebound off of the Ghost Type. Why was this Pokemon so resilient to her attacks?

Every once in awhile change was nice. Aidan spent most, if not all of his time with his sister, and now that he was traveling with Cassie and Abby, it seemed like there wasn't a whole lot of time he was ever by himself anymore. So, feeling as if a little 'me' time was never too bad Aidan had decided to backtrack a bit with Ty as company.
But what he had thought would be a mellow stroll quickly spiraled into a much more serious situation. He had heard a commotion and expected someone in just a bit of a predicament, not an all out battle between trainers and masked grunts. The sight of the entangled Suicune had spurred a rare rage in Aidan, and he had easily decided this was not going to be a fight he sat out.
Sprinting on to the scene he urged Ty to join the other battling pokemon. "We've gotta help those Suicune!" he shouted. "Heat'em up with an Ember!"
Ty let out a low rumble before aiming his attack at the second Duskull.

The treeko twisted this way and that, watching the two who had suddenly become his fighting partners struggle with their opponents. This was not going to end well if the battle kept going at this rate. Of course, then he glanced back at his trainer and caught a flash of blue. What was that? Strange. This day was getting curiouser and curiouser.
Not that he had time to ponder about it. "Izzy! Dragonbreath that duskull again!"
[RESULT: 7]

A fourth opponent came in, outnumbering the grunts. They laughed at the flailing torkoal and immediately relaxed.
"You are pathetic, every last one of you! The suicune are ours now! You give up now, we'll let you keep your pokemon!" Said the leader as he straightened his stance.
"All three of you, Shadow ball now! Aim for the Treecko that's kicking you around!" He commanded. The duskull squeaked as they tried to obey, the leaders duskull was able to begin first, despite his paralysis.
[RESULT: 1]
Even with the other two duskull helping it, the duskull's attack mostly missed as Izzy gracefully dodged all of their attacks, barely making a dent.

It seemed the other trainers had the battle under control. While Team Necro was distracted, Yuki and Blazeburn snuck away from the battlefield to the net trapping the Suicune. It looked to be a daunting task either way.
The white haired trainer looked to his Charmeleon and then back to the net. "Try to cut through the ropes without hurting any Suicune. I'll work on loosening the anchors from the ground." The pair then set about to working on their tasks.

Aidan clenched his fists, his anger raging at the grunt's words. He was trying, he was really trying, he just happened to be new at this whole trainer thing, as Ty was new to battling with him as a partner. But he could do this! He could do this right?
No! There was no time to be sorry fro himself. Not when all the poor Suicune were suffering. At that thought Aidan's anger grew tenfold, and the normally very lax boy was ready to explode.
"C'mon Ty!" he shouted, a fire in his eyes. "We need to do this! Light 'em up again!"
The Torkoal let out a deep rumble, sensing the urgency and passion in his trainer's voice. He took a moment to steady himself and then took the second Duskull in his sights.
[RESULT: 4]
It wasn't fantastic, but the attack did hit this time.
"That's more like it!"
