This ONLY applies to characters who are being affected by the move, meaning every character who has gotten their starter/s. I'm aware that there might be an issue with updating your histories, so I'll make this thread to help you. All characters who are moving to the new site MUST have the following somewhere in their history:
o. Their current pokemon and how they acquired them.
o. Details on their pokemon's evolution, such as when, where and why.
o. Any encounters with legendaries, regardless of capture.
o. Any and all experience with Team Necro. If you have not met them yet, say they heard rumors/reports.
o. If Team Necro member, must explain when they joined and touch upon time in the Academy. Your characters will automatically graduate to full Necro status on the IF.
You do not have to completely rewrite the character or their history. Just add the details above to it. You MUST fill out as many details as you can. Obviously, if your character is a Victory Seeker, they won't have joined Team Necro nor been in the academy and thus, have nothing to discuss about it.
If you have something that fits two or more categories:
Then don't worry about it, just post it in your history. As long as I know what's happen to your character in the order that it happened, it'll be fine. I'm not gonna be THAT nitpicky and smack you for not having everything. In the end, this entire thing I'm having you do is helping YOU, as everything but the info center, the shops, and our characters are going to die with the main site.
If you have an event pokemon:
You still need to mention that in your history, but you can have fun with that. If they spontaneously showed up in your party here on the PB cause you were too lazy to write a proper intro, now is your chance to do so.
If you have an Affinity:
You can either have your character aware of their affinity, or not mention it at all. As this is more of a game mechanic than anything, I don't really need to see your affinity in your history, just on the bio.
If you are traveling with someone:
It's up to you if you want to mention them or not. I don't really care one way or another who is traveling with who. If you think it'll make your history prettier, go for it. If it'll make it harder on you, then don't worry about it. I can always go to that character's profile if I wanna find out about them. The only exception to this is if the character you traveled with died over the course of your travels, but only one character has died on-screen on VS and the person she was traveling with is gone.
Ask any other questions you have in this thread so that I can answer them here and there will be a reference for people with similar questions. Again, you don't need to do this right away, and you'll probably want to wait until the 18th anyway since that's when the freeze happens and you'll need something to do for the rest of that week. If you finish early though, have no fear. I'll find something else for you to do. :3
