Okay, so I have been gone for a long time, and I apologize for that. I killed my bandwidth again, so I decided the best way to help it recover was to limit my activity completely. I spent the last few weeks sitting in a cbox.ws and writing fanfiction, which was actually kind of pleasant.
But now I'm back, and it's time to get down to business.
So we all know about Pokemon X and Pokemon Y by now, I hope. I assure you VS will reflect the release of these games accordingly, and with any luck we will be the first pokemon site to offer Generation 6 pokemon, but it will be controlled and slow, and there are going to be several restrictions. Right now, rumors will start spreading in Varaia about new, previous undiscovered pokemon showing up. In time though, people will start seeing these new pokemon in the wild and the region will maintain its status of being home to pokemon of all regions.
When I get a complete list of ALL of the generation 6 pokemon, a new item will appear in the shop. It will be the New Gen voucher. For a certain amount of PD, you can buy one of these vouchers which will make a Generation 6 pokemon available to you for capture. There are some restrictions for these vouchers, however:
1. Only one pokemon will appear per voucher
2. The pokemon that appear will be at STAFF discretion
3. Pokemon MUST be nicknamed upon capture, VictorySeekers does not use Japanese names as the species name.
4. You must buy the premature evolution item in the shop in order for your pokemon to evolve. Premature evolution will be offered at a discount when the New Gen Voucher goes on sale
5. Your pokemon will have a moveset that was created by me, and it will retain that moveset no matter how much it levels. You may only use the Move Tutor to adjust their movesets, TMs will fail for the time being.
Xerneas and Yveltal, as well as any other legendary pokemon, will be unavailable until the release of Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, afterwards we will have a plot event to release these pokemon. More details on this event will come as the release date gets closer.
