Winds Blow

[Virgil]

Virgil looked around as he entered the quiet town, no sounds coming from him, as he looked around. While there were people moving out and about, they were few in number. He breathed a sigh of relief, now that he was here, and along with his traveling companion. He could go to the Pokemon Center and get all of his Pokemon rested before he figured out what to do about finding the breeding center. He hoped that he had the right Pokemon on him but he would find out if he did later. He waited as he tried to figure out where the Pokemon Center was. If Tane knew the way then he would listen to him. Otherwise, he was pretty much lost.

[Tane Flight]

Tane waited impatiently as Virgil looked around the new, quiet area, this place was to quiet and it was rather boring him. " So...we just gonna stand here or are we going to start looking around for the Pokemon Center?" Tane said with a slight smirk. Not only did the need to heal their Pokemon and look for the Gym leader there since her house blew up, but Tane also needed to go there so that he could get proper care for his broken leg, however from the looks of it, Virgil was not really sure on which way to go.

Tane would of normally started wandering off as quickly as he could so he could get to the Center, heal than get to the next route, however while out in route 801 he had somehow Spotted a wild Rhyhorn. The angry Pokemon charged at him, thankfully Tane got away alive, but the Pokemon had manage to stomp on his leg during it's stampede. Tane had been stuck with Virgil, who was willing to help him get to Gustella town, though it wasn't necessarily a bad thing, they say one is not suppose to go through routes alone and in Tane's time of weakness he could of defiantly gotten into more trouble than he bargained for out there.

Virgil snapped out of his thoughts as he heard Tane ask him a question. He looked around a bit more and then gave up. He didn’t know which way the Pokemon Center was in. He would have to talk to the gym leader and see what he had to do to find the breeding center. The gymleader was Wendy if he had read things correctly.

“I don’t know where the Pokemon Center is” he replied as he shrugged. “Do you know where it is?”

Virgil let the question hang there as he got himself familiarized with his surroundings. This place wouldn’t be all that big and so give or take some time then he would find the Pokemon Center. If Tane didn’t know where to go then he would just see about looking all over town for that building. He didn't want to send out his Pokemon to help look for it. They needed to rest from the battles that they had.

((OOC: OH GOSH I AM SO SORRY ABOUT NOT GETTING TO THIS SOONER, I NEED TO STOP GETTING SO DISTRACTED D:))

Tane laughed at the thought, HIM know where something was? Naw, Tane wasn't really much for knowing locations, especially from an area he wasn't from. "Naw man sorry, I'm not the best with directions, though it should be easy to find a Pokemon center, this area doesn't look very big and Pokemon centers are usually pretty to find." Tane answered before thinking about something, he could just send Zea if he really had too, she shouldn't be that tired. While she would be mad at him for making her search the area again she would do it and Tane knew it.

"If its really that big a problem I could always send out Zea to help look, she shouldn't be not too tired from battling" Tane said shrugging his shoulders.

[Virgil]

Virgil shrugged a bit.

“I guess we should just go look for it then” he replied jauntily.

He looked about a bit more before heading down a path to start searching for the Pokemon Center. Tane said that it was easy to find. He would find it eventually especially with Tane looking as well. He liked the town much better than he did the town where the professor’s lab was. It was much more, what was the word, better looking. He couldn’t think of the word. He didn’t care though. The buildings were different. He knew what a Pokemon Center looked like and so he kept his eyes peeled for one. His trustworthy Pokemon, Axew and Treecko were following close behind him, and along with one Pokemon that he got to follow him. The final Pokemon with him was that shiny Tailow. It still pecked at him to get moving. What a bugger....

Tane nodded and the two began walking again while they began looking around the town for sight of the Pokemon Center.

Tane had only his Torchic out at the moment, the small bird, though slightly injured from batting in the wild was too proud to go inside her Pokeball, she kept her head high, showing just how proud the chick was. Though the team was looking for the Pokemon center, it was obvious that Zea was not truly looking around too much at the moment, she kept an ear open however in case Tane was gonna ask her help.

Tane smirked and looked at Zea who was being her proud self, she wasn't going to bother trying until he actually bothered to ask and he knew it by now. "Hey Zea, could you help us keep an eye out the the Center? I know your sooo busy being awesome but we could really use an extra pair of eyes right now." He wasn't expecting what Zea did after hearing those words. Immediately after he asked, the bird huffed and dashed out as if it was a race to see the finish. He only asked her her to help look around, not race around till she found it.

Surely enough, not much later the orange bird proudly marched back and chirping for both Tane and Virgil to follow her, she found the Pokemon Center not to far from where they were currently standing.

[Virgil]

Virgil, while still helping out Tane by being a human crutch, saw that it wasn't even necessary for them to have Zea look. If they just looked around then they would have spotted it. He headed straight for the Pokemon Center.

Thorn, his Treecko, had leapt up onto his shoulder and stayed there. Rona had been trying to glomp-hug him for a bit as they had stopped to have Zea find the Pokemon Center for them. Rona now trotted silently behind them, rather disappointed that she didn't get to make someone else happy, and so instead she started poking at Virgil's leg while keeping close by to his side. She let out what Virgil thought to be the dragon Pokemon's equivalent to a whine. Still though, Virgil knew that wasn't going to keep her down. Eventually, Thorn would become more open. He just had to help the Treecko out in that area. It was the job of a breeder after all.

Virgil smiled as he entered the Pokemon Center, there was the front desk, and the person behind it. He walked up to the desk, ignoring everything else in the room, as he was thinking first and foremost about his Pokemon's health. And get help for Tane's leg. He wouldn't be a good companion if he cared little about the one that he traveled with at least enough to make sure that he was well enough to travel.

Tane and Virgil had walked inside the Pokemon and straight to the front desk. The lady who was managing the desk welcome them warmly before noticing Tane's spider-made cast. " Oh my, what happened?" She asked rather surprised, Tane smirk and let a stray laugh escape " Long story short, I got attacked by a Pokemon and broke my leg" He said acting as if it was no big deal.

"Anyway, we have some Pokemon that need healed and I would like some help as well." The nurse nodded, immediately calling in a wheelchair for Tane and accepted the two peoples Pokemon for healing. Tane got off of Virgil's shoulder and into the wheel chair so that he could get some proper care in his leg. "Nice to have some weight of your shoulder huh, Chance? Tane laughed, Virgil had been a crutch almost that entire route, taking some of Tane's weight from it.

Virgil had given over his Pokemon to the lady nurse.

“Yeah” Virgil replied lightly. “It was really no problem, Tane.”

Virgil stood there and looked at Tane being in a wheelchair for a bit more before off to the side. He had nothing to do here but to wait for his Pokemon to be healed. His thoughts were interrupted as someone called for him. It wasn't the nurse. It was someone else that was a part of the staff here probably. Another woman was out in the front but he didn't really realize that she was the one calling to him. And then she did it again. He immediately went up to her before she called for him a third time.

“Are you, Virgil Rivers?” she asked curtiously.

“Yeah” Virgil replied. He was unsure what this was about.

“I've been waiting to give these two Pokemon to you” she stated as she handed over the Pokeballs to Virgil. Virgil took them and looked down at them. “And with that I can be off.”

The woman headed out of the center as Virgil released the two Pokemon. He stared down as he saw a fire mouse Pokemon come out followed by the little blue weird thing, a Mudkip.

“Oh wow!” he heard a voice exclaim excitedly.

He turned his head to look around to see who said that.

“Down here, new buddy!” the masculine voice cried out.

He looked down just in time at the part where the Cyndaquil said “buddy.” This Pokemon had talked. A Pokemon talked. That was odd. He stared at the Cyndaquil for awhile.

“You have a name, Cyndaquil?” he asked politely.

“Sure do. Last trained named me, Ikki. I liked the name but I like any name that you can give me” the Cyndaquil said.

“Ok. You're going to be known as Von” he said thoughtfully.

“I like that” he replied happilly. Von did his best to hug Virgil's leg and had his back entirely covered by fire. It was quite warm. He backed away. “Hope, you're good.”

“Mudkip!” the Mudkip replied bravely before tackling Von and they went about busy playing with one another. So, that was that. Virgil got himself a seat over to the side on one of the couches and waited.

[Tane Flight]

The nurse called up Tane and Virgil, handing their Pokemon back to them. Tane took his Pokemon then turned his temporary wheelchair that the center is letting him use before they get to fixing his leg towards Virgil and noticed the two Pokemon playing near him. "Dude, you got some new Pokemon?" He asked excitedly, the two Pokemon seemed like they'd make good Pokemon and one of them seemed to have the ability to speak in human language too. "anyway, good luck with the breeding tests." He said, smirking.

"Hopefully I'll be healed up soon and we can get on our adventure again soon."
