Appearance: Ryuga was originally born with brown hair, like his father's. Though when he went through a rebellious stage, he dyed it crimson, and the ends a yellow. He has bright eyes that are normally described a violet, borderline pale skin, and a tattoo on his chest.

Personality: Ryuga is calm and calculating, though he is known at times to lash out when annoyed. He is very intelligent, since he watched his father Gary work out int he field often as a child. Though he had kept to himself very often after his mother died, he has a soft heart when it comes to those he considers friends.

History: Gary was born one of the sons of Gary Oak, and people scarcely let him forget it. Not only was he the son of a successful Pokemon Researcher, but the great-grandson of Professor Oak, known for his studies and achievements in the field of Pokemon. Even so, Ryu rarely enjoyed the attention, and much preferred living in his fathers shadow. That was at least until his mother died.

After that, Ryu grew rebellious. He'd fight with his father often, and as soon as he turned 18, he moved out of his home and went to take up a job it the Varaia Region. He did grow close to a Pokemon he met there, a Cancer stricken Growlithe that lived in the shop he worked in. He took good care of the young fire type, but it died 3 months into his stay in Varaia. Feeling lost, he quit his job, his only friend there gone, and took up wandering. A mysterious man came to him with an offer. Join Team Necro, and show the world what he could really do. Ryu knew this team was up to no good, but he liked the sound of showing the world what he could really do- good deeds or bad.
