Rainy charged again but this time she wrapped her body around the little bird and squeezed as hard as she could, "DRA" she hissed very angrily it looked like she was on a killing spree. "Calm down Rainy, please." Kerum stated seeing the anger in her eyes.

The attack was working but only just, this bird has some strong bones in its body as Rainy was having trouble smashing it.

[Spirit]

The wrap didn't do much to the Tailow, but it still angered her as it potentially paralyzed her. Struggling against Rainy's attack the Tailow growled at the Dratini angrily.

[RESULT: 2]

The growl worked alittle, thankfully, causing Rainy's attack to go down slightly.

Rainy continued to coil ignoring her trainers words, she was going to make this bird faint even if it was the last thing she did. "Come on Rainy stop it." But the words were unheard as it went for the finishing move still it used wrap.

It was still being resiliant as ever.

The tailow continued to struggle in the Dratini's grip, the wrap was really annoying and Tailow was out of options. All the tailow could do at this point was struggle in Rainy's grip. The tailow let out a cry in the Dratini's grip as if begging for Rainy to stop.

Rainy ignored the attack she was going to finish this, she was not about to be upstaged by a bird no sir re. She continued to wrap letting it all on the line in this final coil, she knew after this try she would be at the mercy of the bird.

[RESULT: 8]+1

The bird seemed to collapse on itself inside the coil but only enough to cause it to faint not die. Well it would probably be injured even when it woke up. Rainy let go and let out a DRAT.... in victory but the red light absorbed her before she could finish. "I said that was enough Rainy." Kerum stated placing the ball in the bag.

Anima ran over and saw the badly injured Tailow. "Poor thing, I hope she's not too hurt." Anima looked over at Kerum who was obviously not very happy about the way Rainy attacked during the end of the battle.

"This has sure been some day" Anima sighed. "Are you gonna try to train your Ekans a little before we reach the next town?"

[Kerum Kosha]

Kerum just stood there staring off into space when Anima's voice broke through, he shook his head to clear his mind. "I am not sure? He is still pretty timid and don't know how well that will work out but if need be he can fight." Kerum stated digging into his bag and pulling out a potion. Walking over he applied it to the pokemon's wounds. "I know its fainted but the medicine should kick in anyways and help it heal faster." Kerum stated sitting down next to a nearby tree and sighing.

[Spirit]

Anima smiled "You have a good heart, and I'm sure that Tailow will be thankful for you healing her." Anima said then walked over to the tree where Kerum was sitting."

"Your Ekans may be timid but like you said, he can fight. We are very likely to run into more wild pokemon while were still out here Neither your Seedot nor Rainy are in any position to fight for you. I think you should give him a shot, he should get a little more courage as he gains experience from being around more people and pokemon" Anima explained hoping that her speech with help Kerum with letting the Ekans out.

[Kerum Kosha]

Kerum was looking down between his legs, not being able to get Rainy to stop had rattle him a bit. "I know, just don't want to force the little guy to do anything that he doesn't want to, you know." Kerum stated as he scooted over to make room for Anima. Picking out Ekans ball he tossed it light exploding everywhere and the little pokemon appeared.

It took a few seconds for it to realize where it was and then cried out EKANS and slithered under Kerum's legs shaking. "Nato, its alright this is Anima she is a friend." Kerum stated pulling his head out a bit to see the young woman.

[Spirit]

Anima sat down next to Kerum and watched as he sent out an Ekans. The Ekans took a few seconds to realize where it was and what happened, once he came out of his trance he cried out and hid under Kerum's legs. Kerum tried calming down the timid snake and introduced Anima.

Anima smiled gently to Nato trying to show that she meant no harm. "Hello, Nato. Its nice to meet you." Anima said in a quiet and peaceful voice.

[Kerum Kosha]

The little snake flicked its tongue trying to get a good understanding of Anima. "Its ok little guy she won't bite." He stated as it got a bit braver and moved close enough for the woman to pet him. Its eyes darted though making sure nothing else was nearby. It really disliked being out in the open like this.

"see your going to be just fine." Kerum stated and it let out a small cry, "Ekans"

[Spirit]

Anima slowly and gently pet the snake and smiled. Kari how was playing around noticed that someone new had been released from thier pokeball, excitedly she charged over to meet the new pokemon. Cenric knew this would cause some trouble, the snake was already chicken enough and if Kari interupts they may never get a chance to see the Ekans outside the ball again.

Cenric quickly grabbed hold of Kari's tail and pulled her to a stop. In their pokemon language Cenric explained to Kari that Nato was timid and charging might not be the best way to make friends in this sitation. Kari dropped her ears and sighed, she just wanted to play with someone and Cenric was no fun to play with.

[Kerum Kosha]

The little snake did not recoil from the petting but actually nuzzled into the hand a bit, then that four legged furry thing came way to close way to fast. Nato recoiled a bit and hissed before wrapping around Kerum's arm hiding his head just over his shoulder. "Aww, Nato its alright little budding." Kerum stated scratching under its jaw.

It looked to be on the verge of crying but was trying hard to contain it. The scarf around its neck helped hide itself more as he positioned it better on his snakey body.

[Spirit]

Anima sighed as the snake went back into hiding, no thanks to her oh so 'helpful' Eevee. Anima looked over at here Eevee and shook her head in disapproval. Cenric sighed as well. So much for stopping the catastrophe. Anima looked back at the snake who looked like he was about to cry. "Aw, poor little thing. There's no reason to be afraid, my Pokemon won't hurt you, we're all friends here" Anima said to the Ekans hoping to calm him down a little.

Off to the side of Anima, the Poochyena that she befriended, who had been named Damon had taken notice of the timid Pokemon. Getting up he carefully walked over to where he could get a better look. He was concerned about the fact that Nato looked upset. Damon sat down and gave a quiet, concerned bark to Nato.

Kerum sighed as well but got up the snake clutching to his arm even tigher. "Natos enough of that," he stated sternly and it stopped squeezing. Looking down the path he smiled, "Alright Anima we have rested enough lets head off towards the town. We still have a little ways before we get to the first town."

Nato's gave the poocheyna a look that wasn't scared but wasn't trustful and then it laid its head against Kerum a cried. It hated being out of its pokeball but loved being near Kerum. It life was not a easy one.
