Ryu knew the battle would end soon, but would paralysis change this fact? He would hope not. He would continue to use his electric shocks, however he knew that he shouldn't over use them, deciding to change his move choice, Ryu charged forward to tackle the wild Abra.

However, to his fear, Paralysis took effect and kept him from moving.

So the Vanillite was going to make this difficult was she? The wild Seedot glared daggers at her opponent in annoyance, this would prove to make the battle much more annoying and more time consuming to get to her meal. She attacked again using her foul play.

Shaking angrily at being attacked again, Vanillite retaliated with Icicle Spear again.

Taking advantage of Ryu's paralysis, Abra tried to attack once again.

Ryu was not going to let the Abra get the best of him in his time of weakness, his trainer wanted him to get rid of this Pokemon, and that he must. Ryu attempted to attack the Abra again with another tackle.

This time Ryu's Paralysis did not get in his way, he attacked swiftly and took out his enemy with that last hit. Mission Complete.

Seedot was growing more and more annoyed with this Vanillite, this was taking much longer than she was expecting the battle to take. Seedot continued to attack the Vanillite with her attacks, she couldn't use Bide, no should would not use that move. It wasted too much time and energy.

Letting out a squeak of annoyance, Vanillite attacked once again with icicle Spear.

Ryu floated over to Den's back and grabbed out a Paralyze heal, he then floated in front of his trainer and handed the item to him. Den blinked in confusion, why did his Pokemon grab that thing? He glared snatched the object away from his Pokemon, he was going to put it away but decided to see at what his Pokemon took out.

The label read Paralyze heal, did his Pokemon get paralyzed? That would explain why he didn't move that one time. Den figured he was just malfunctioning, too bad. He sprayed Ryu with the Paralyze heal. The Ryu could feel the item's effects already taking place, he knew he would be ready for when the next battle came.

Seedot was growing tired, the Vanillite's attacks were beginning to ware her down. She probably had one last shot, two if she was lucky. She hoped she could make her last attack do enough damage against the Vanillite, she had to go out with power.

It was a shame that she could not hit strong enough. She was too tired to show a finishing attack.

Vanillite was starting to get tired of the continued battle and tried to end it with her next attack. Seeing her opponent fainted at last, she cheerfully went back to Hunter, squeaking proudly at her victory.

[Den Cannon]

Two Pokemon played together happily in the grassy patches, they jumped and frolicked and danced and sang. That is until they noticed the Pokemon battles taking place. They stopped what they were doing and watched the battle with awe.

The two Pokemon looked at each other and they knew they had the same idea. They wanted to battle with the trainers as well! The Caterpie and the Budew dashed out of their play spot and over to Den and Hunter, excited to play their game as well.

Den glared at the new Pokemon in annoyance, they JUST got finished with the first wave and already another batch of Pokemon came running for a fight?!

"More of them?" Hunter asked as the two new Pokemon attacked. "Alright, Vanillite, let's go," he said to the Ice type, only to have Chikorita come crashing onto the scene, attacking Budew with Body Slam.

[Den Cannon]

It seemed this time Hunter’s Pokémon reacted first towards the new offending Pokémon, as his Chikorita attacked the Budew leaving the Caterpie to battle with him. Den grumbled to himself because commanding Ryu to get rid of the nuisance that was currently in the way.

Ryu obayed his trainer and attacked the Caterpie with his thunder shock attack.

The Budew took in the attack, she knew she got herself into the battle willingly, she would not cry from the hit that the Chikorita landed on her. She took a deep breath to calm herself and began to summon a batch of leaves to shoot at the Chikorita.

Though she wasn't the strongest Pokemon, she did love to play, she would show her strength, even if she was weak.

"Okay Chikorita! Keep going!" Hunter called as Chikorita nodded, leaping forward with Body Slam again. Seeing the successful attack, Hunter reached for a Pokeball and tossed it at Budew, hoping to add a new member to his team.

Frozen for a moment from the electrical shock, Caterpie retaliated with Tackle.

Den watched as Hunter thew a Pokeball that the Budew, probably to add another Pokemon to his team. Den looked at the worm, no he wouldn't capture it, this Pokemon was pitiful and not worth his time. Den said nothing to tell Ryu to stop and watched as the battle continued. Hopefully this battle would not continue much longer.

Ryu, not having any reason to stop continued to attack the weak Caterpie with more electrical shocks. However, he failed to realize that he had used up too much of his electricity, causing his attack to do nothing.

Seeing a chance to attack again, Caterpie tried for another Tackle, this one managing to do some damage.

Ryu endured the attack, it wasn't too difficult for him, the attack was rather light towards him thanks to his strong steel body. Ryu knew he may still be charging from his powerful electric shock, maybe it was too soon for him to send out more electricity before he was ready. Changing his strategy a little, Ryu attacked this time with his tackle attack.

Recovering much quicker from this attack then the last one, Caterpie tried for another Tackle, putting more strength into it this time.
