This is how I am, take it or leave it! Clarissa is cold and calculating, rarely giving others knowledge of her feelings. She enjoys intimidating others, even if she isn't as tall as other humans she may encounter. She feels little for others around her, and the only other beings she has any real interest in happens to be her team. She finds the pain of others to be amusing, and rarely forms attachments with others. However, if someone can prove their worth to her, either through their own talents or what they could do for her, she might decide to try to get to know them. Pokémon find it easier to get close to her than humans, as she has found they can be incredibly loyal, unlike to betray you once you earn their respect. Because of this, she is likely to be seen giving her team attention, or enquiring about the health of another trainer's Pokémon after a battle, as long as they are also a part of Team Necro. However, when it comes to those she sees as enemies, she cares little for their Pokémon, feeling if they get sick or weak, then they are no longer a threat to her. The story of how I came to be. Clarissa is the only child of a relatively wealthy couple from Goldenrod City. At a young age she learned how to manipulate her parents into giving her everything she wanted, from clothes, to jewelry, to things. She moved from controlling her parents to controlling strangers, always using them to her advantage. When she was ten, her parents gifted her with a Houndour as a partner, who became the only one she cared about. With work, she managed to evolve her Everia into a Houndoom, who remained her closest friend. When she was eighteen, however, Everia was killed by a herd of wild Tauros while they were exploring the Johto region together. Ever since, Clarissa has only retreated further into herself, angry at the world, and at the Pokémon that took her beloved Everia away. Recently she was given another Pokémon by her parents, an Eevee she decided to name Fuyu, meaning Winter, as her heart was as cold as the worst winter. Fuyu was relatively well matched for her, and the pair managed to form a bond as she travelled to Varaia. She also learned that she cared little for the suffering of Pokémon not her own, after watching a trainer scream and rave at a Pokémon for simply failing a simple task. Having finally arrived within Varaia, Clarissa is ready to begin her life as a trainer, Fuyu at her side. She has heard of Team Necro, and their abilities, and is interested in seeking them out, to see what they can give her. |
