As the race started, Chikorita ran as fast as her legs could carry her, Hunter cheering her on as she tried to take first place for the race this time.

Tane looked at the beautiful race track in front of him, today was a special day and a race was being held in celebration. There was a nice, though somewhat small group of racers in this clean area. He walked up to the track and grabbed something that was hiding in his hair, out he pulled a small spider Pokemon, his Joltik named Blitz.
"Alright Blitz, lets win something here." Tane said as he set the bug in his lane. Tane's last race, which was with his Shinx, ended rather badly as the cub was not interested in racing in the slightest. He ended up trading it for this Joltik.
The count down issued until the race began, telling Blitz that it was time to charge.
[RESULT: 4]
