Jocelyn got dropped off on the outskirts of dust town by her parents she then went in search of the pokemon lab it was pretty easy to find but first she decided on lunch she found a small restaurant and had some food. then went back too the lab to get her new starter she had heard from friends you could get a mystery ball which you could get any pokemon from. That really excited her she then knocked on the door and waited as her parents had taught her.

Professor Conifer yawned as she walked up to Jocelyn, a soft smile adorning her face. She lifted a hand in greeting and gestured for the girl to follow.
"Welcome, welcome. My name is Professor Conifer, and I've been expecting you. They are back here." She said tiredly, slowly making her way towards the back room. She opened the door to reveal 6 pokemon running around happily, while a much larger, blue pokemon slept around a podium in the room, 3 pokeballs laying on top. Professor Conifer gave a high-pitched whistle and the 6 pokemon immediately lined up in front of the blue pokemon, who raised it's head.
"Cune." It greeted, yawning soon afterwards.
"Poor Ranny, even she is tired. Who woulda thought a Suicune could get so tired from babysitting. Now then, Jocelyn right? Since you are a coordinator, you may choose two pokemon. You may choose from any of these pokemon, and you may also choose one of the mystery pokeballs if you wish. The Mystery Balls can have ANY pokemon in them including legendaries. I warn you though, the Mystery Pokeballs are permanent, and you cannot change your decision once you open it. Choose carefully." She said, moving out of the way while Ranny the suicune laid her head back down to sleep some more.

She said hello "professor conifer it is a pleasure to meet you" she was gobsmacked when she saw the suicune it was so regal and majestic but looked a little bit tired jocelyn then said "is everything all right with your suicune it looks a little run down". The instant she saw the little zorua she wanted it she then said i would like to have the zorua please plus i would like to take the middle Mystery Ball please. she hoped with all her fibre of her being she would something as cool as a suicune but even if she didn't she would still have her cute zorua.

"Oh, I'm not the owner of Ranny here. A good friend of mine sends here here to help me with starters - she actually supplies the Mystery Balls that we give to trainers. And don't worry, she'll be fine after she's had a little nap" Conifer replied, taking a moment to sit back in a chair and cross her legs as everyone waited to see what would pop out of the Mystery Ball - including the Zorua that had skipped over to Jocelyn.
The pokemon appeared not on the floor, but on the girl's head, her leaves spreading and eyes closing as she cheered. Finally, she was free! "Cherubi!" she said, greeting everyone around her. Zorua yawned and curled up in a ball beside Jocelyn's feet.

The Professor then motioned to a collection of various bags, items, and pokedexes, yawning after the Zorua did before speaking. "Feel free to claim a dex of your choice, bag, and box of items. Good luck honey, have a fun journey~" she waved Jocelyn off then, tempted to go sleep on the blue furry pile that was Ranny.

She had got two awesome super cute pokemon she knew she had the grand festival in the bag. she then said to the little zorua i think i will call you Devlan if that is alright with you and i will call you blossom saying to the little cherubi on her head she then said Bye professor conifer thanks for everything as she scooped up her zorua and raced out the door. |
