Kain returned Derpypaws by essentially picking her up and placing her be his side. Kain knew at least she liked to root for her teammates, which is what she did, although weakly. Finally, Flare couldn't hold back and launched herself out on the field, wanting revenge on the Water Type from before. Not holding back, she gave out a Metal Claw, trying to rake it across the Squirtle. Shroud, meanwhile, attacked Nemo using a Faint Attack.

"Alright, return Nemo!" Gear said energetically as he returned Nemo to his Pokeball and Boo floated out to the battlefield eagerly, floating up behind Shroud and taking a deep breath. A few seconds later, he let loose the breath at Shroud with an Ominous Wind attack. With the non-Ghost Pokemon, Cammie stared at Flare blankly before lifting her legs up lazily and brought them down again, cracking the ground with her Magnitude attack.

Although Flare blocked her attack, she could still feel it in her bones, shaking her body a bit. Shroud on the other hand started freaking out as soon as her old nemesis came by, tears splattering everywhere. Without meaning to, she launched a Night Shade at Cammie, while Flare spewed out an Ember attack on Boo.

Seeing the reaction his attack got out of Shroud, Boo started giggling happily, even as Flare attacked him. Turning back to the Duskull, he released another Ominous Wind at her while Cammie attacked Flare with Magnitude again.

Neither Flare nor Boo wanted to play around now, getting much more serious with their battles. Flare let loose a Metal Claw at Boo while Shroud launched a Night Shade at Boo also, hoping to defeat him.

Even as both of the opposing Pokemon attacked him, Boo continued giggling happily. When their attacks ended he faced Shroud menacingly, his pendant glowing with a dark purple energy as it charged up for Power Gem. At the last second before it fired, he turned wildly and aimed himself at Flare instead. At the same time, Cammie attacked with another Magnitude.

Flare felt so aggrevated with herself! Here she was, a proud Charmander, getting beat up every other round that she was put into! As she was returned to her ball, reassuring words coming from Kain's lips, she couldn't help but feel a bit of sadness creep in. She wouldn't let it bother her of course but she couldn't help but let it in.
Shroud, on the other hand, seemed to be enraged by the other female getting knocked out by her nemesis. As soon as Scraggle came out, yawning loudly, Shroud acted out of character a bit, surprising her and her Pokemon as she unleashed a Night Shade. Scraggle, although lazy, didn't want the opportunity to go to waste and sent himself at the Numel with a Low Kick.

Leev, being the only one left, was extremely tentative to come out from his den amongst Kain's jacket but after a little persuasion, and a large throw from Kain, he finally got the Chikorita to join the fray. Immediately squeeking in fear, Leev let loose a volley of Razor Leafs at Cammie, the first Pokemon she saw, and Scraggle came up to him right after, sending him a Low Kick.

Watching Leev's attack, Cammie simply sidestepped out of the way from the attack and backed away when Scraggle tried to kick her. Leaning down slightly, she aimed her hump at Leev and fired another Lava Plume at the Chikorita. Meanwhile, Snippy's eyes glowed as a pillar of sand began to form around Scraggle, trapping him in the Sand Tomb.

Kain scowled at the Sand Tomb move. In all respects, it was probably the most annoying and stupid move he could see! A bunch of sand somehow blocked a Pokemon from moving for a couple moves... Not like the sand was really THAT bad anyways! Sighing though, he guess it was up to Leev to get it done... Leev had already started freaking out though and launched another volley of Razor Leaves at Cammie. Scraggle, although "trapped" in his little vortex, did a Leer at Snippy

Leev couldn't understand why the bad people kept munching on his prized leaf! It was his ONLY leaf after all! Going at it again, he launched another Vine Whip at the Numel, hoping to get rid of it! Scraggle Leered once more at Snippy, finally getting out of his sandy "prison".
