It was shortly after the contest, and one old man was certainly tired. He had made his way to Torrentia City, only for the city to get shut down from a Kyogre tantrum. And so it was that the old man sat in the makeshift pokemon center in the underwater Breeding Center, and he saw the desperation on the crowd's face as they waited for the churning waters to calm. He sighed and tapped his cane on the ground, clearing his throat. "Quit yer worryin you youngsters! I`m the Move Tutor, I can teach any pokemon any attack. Would you like to watch me work? Trainers, bring me your pokemon and gems!" He yelled as the crowd stared in wonder. (OOC: You can find the moves and their prices here. This counts as an event so bring anyone you want, even if they are in the middle of a battle *yes, that means Lesa if she wants*. If you want a move, simply approach the Tutor and ask him to teach your pokemon the move you want and offer the gems required. For example: Celeste ran up to the man excitedly and held up her Zorua and Venipede. "Teach my Zorua Ice Fang and my Venipede Bug Buzz?" She asked as she pulled out the gems and handed them over. Ask for moves to your hearts delight, you are done when you don't want anymore or no longer have gems.)

Now this was worth standing in line for, even if he was getting the proverbial 'hot foot' from the little mouse in his arms. "Calm down Sora, we're going to make you stronger than ever!" The cyndaquil snorted. Like she needed any help. Still, she wasn't about to turn down a powerful attack at her trainer's expense. So when Azel stepped up and handed the nice old man ten fire gems, saying "Could you please teach my cyndaquil Lava Plume?", she paid attention.
Lani, on the other hand, was not quite so nice about it. "Well, you're not as weak as you were, and you're still better than that pathetic houndour, but you need to get better. Hey, old man! Teach this silly shinx Thunder Fang!" He called out, tossing the five electric gems to him.
Last came Lesa, who was once again parting the crowd with her overgrown puppy chewing on the ends of her hair. She'd be glad to get a pokeball for him, but he did have some advantages. Made getting through crowds easy. She smiled at the elderly man collecting gems, and held out five ice gems. "Do you think this over grown pup of mine could learn Ice Fang?"

Torrentia, like most of the other places she'd been so far, had offered quite the experiences to Sawyer. Right after she'd sent her pokemon off to be healed with the town's Nurse Joy and assistants, she and her friends had been swooped away to the outside world to battle Team Necro yet again, the after effects of said battle were shocking. The head breeder of Paradisia sending Lesa a Shaymin, three random pokemon - all with their own unique trait - forcing themselves into all of their teams, and... well. The Blizzara native was still somewhat shocked from it all, really, so trying to remember the events so soon was hard. Sighing, she watched keenly as people dove in the water surrounding her current shelter, trying to help calm down the Kyogre outside. Luca was in her arms doing the same thing, a yawn escaping his throat.
Her attention was drawn elsewhere as Celeste suddenly got up and rushed over to a random old man, and standing in alarm, she called out to the girl. "Didn't your mother ever tell you about strangers?! Especially the old men?" But apparently the girl heard nothing of the sort and continued to rush towards the man, eventually stopping to offer him gems and have him look at her pokemon. Wait... could it really have been?!
Sawyer scooped up her egg and put Luca down quickly, hurrying over to her friend's side to wait her turn. THE MOVE TUTOR! She'd been saving up for this, and as she waited, she couldn't help but bounce a little. Luca blinked and tilted his head, having no idea what was about to happen to him. Once everyone was done before her, the girl brushed her hair away from her face and smiled.
"Hey there! I was wondering if you could teach Luca here Fire Fang and Draco Meteor. He's pure dragon type, as I'm sure you know, and he already knows a fire typed move. I'd show you, but..." she looked around, chuckling a little. "Not the best place for it." Carefully she handed over seven gems of each type, feeling her chest thud at the value of what she'd just given up. But it was for the better! Luca, hearing his name and understanding what was implied, puffed out his chest and hopped forward. "Axew!"

In line right behind her was Vero, drawn to the town thanks to a nearby contest. "Don't worry Gypsy dear! That big mean Kyogre out there won't hurt you. He's angry at some idiot who decided to insult him. And how dare he! Kyogre are wonderful, beautiful--"
He stopped himself short as the Snivy looked up at him and blinked, eyes wide and sparkly with tears. Sighing, the coordinator snuggled her close and patted her head. "Now now dove, you're the most precious to me! My first pokemon and one of my best friends. Come on now, let's get you amped up for the future~!" he exclaimed, stepping forward once it was his turn. "Grass Pledge for the best Snivy ever, old man! Gypsy's gonna show it off better than any grass type to date!" Vero easily parted with the correct amount of gems, waiting patiently for what was about to be done.

"Come on you guys!" Gear said excitably, pushing his way through the crowd with Terry and Boo racing after him, both of them fitting in nicely in the wide gap made as Sala made her way through, most people moving aside to gape at her as she made her way after her trainer. "Hi hi!" Gear said cheerfully to the old man as his Pokemon caught up with him. "I want to teach my friends moves! Boo wants to learn Power Gem and Ominous Wind, Sala wants to learn Electro Ball and Terry wants to learn to use grass attacks," he continued, pointing to each Pokemon as he mentioned them and taking out his gems to pay the old man. ------------ Aldo shoved his way through the crowd, not interested in who was on either side of him as he moved through until he reached the Move Tutor, Riolu running behind him hurriedly. "I want to teach my Riolu Thunder Punch. I have the gems with me," he said, pulling the three Electric Gems out of his pocket and handing them to the old man.

Will and Libra stood in line patiently until it was their turn. he checked and double checked that he still had the five gems he had gotten. These huge crowds made him uneasy. Too many people. He was more then glad when he reached the Move Tutor.
He handed the electric gems over. "My Deerling here needs to learn Electro Ball. Can you you teach him?"

Roha rushed over to the elderly man, bowing deeply. He took out 6 grayish looking gems and held them out for him. Wilford hopped up to his trainers side, looking rather winded from crowd-weaving. "Would you please teach my Wilford here Brave Bird? I've had these things since Gustella.."
