Shortly after Soteria got her egg, she and Crescendo bade goodbye to both Trevor and, thankfully, Carina. Deciding they had nothing better to do, Crescendo decided to lead Soteria to the practice field, both riding atop Skarmory while Crescendo relaxed.
"You see, I traveled here with another girl not too long ago and won my badge already, but she had to go home. I wasn't in any real rush to go to the next gym right away, so I decided to stay near the town and work in more training. There is a nice little practice field over there for new trainers to get the basics of battling down, among other things." He explained as they came to a wide field filled with trainers, mostly young kids, battling each other.
