After their short travel across Route 801, Akira and her friends had arrived at Gustella and they made their first stop the local Pokemon Center. As she looked behind her, she saw that Sumire was still following her, flying to close for Akira to be comfortable with. "H-Here you go girl," she said, tossing a bit of food to the Tailow, who caught it in midair and began hungrily devouring it. "Hopefully, that'll keep you occupied for a bit," Akira said hopefully as she approached Nurse Joy and handed over her Pokemon to be healed.

Hiroaki was the next one to enter the Pokemon center, right after Akira, and decided to have his own Pokemon healed. The Cobalion, who he named Yori, may have been helped by the Potion he used on him but Hiroaki was sure a little help from Nurse Joy will go a long way for the legendary musketeer Pokemon. He wondered if he will come across the others of the musketeer and have them be together. Once he asked Nurse Joy to care for his Pokemon, Brianna included, he looked at Akira and her Taillow.

Lee was next to Akira when they made it into Gustella Town. Lee was looking around everywhere, taking in the sights as they made their way to the pokecenter. Lee had been to Gustella many times before now. It was usually to get groceries or other supplies Dust Town couldn't provide for them at the given time they needed them. However, as familiar as he was with the town, he had no extensive knowledge of it. He went to the market and came back. He didn't really delay longer than necessary because he always had to get back home to take care of the twins.
However, now he was here as a pokemon trainer. So now it was like seeing the city for the first time with a new set of eyes. It was like seeing Gustella Town in an entirely different light. When they finally made it before the pokecenter, Lee looked up at the building. It would be his first time in one. He always knew it was here, but he had never been in a pokecenter. He had no pokemon, so there wasn't a point. He looked down at Vincent, then back to the doors of the pokecenter. When Akira entered, Lee followed her in.
Lee looked around the pokecenter, seeing that they weren't the only ones in here. There weren't many people filling the pokecenter of Gustella Town, but there were a couple of people. Perhaps they were trainers? This town did have a gym, after all. Lee didn't think about it long. He walked next to Akira and watched as she handed over her pokemon to be healed. Vincent was in good health, so he wouldn't waste Nurse Joy's time with a healthy pokemon. Still, watching was still interesting enough.
"So you're going after the gym badges too?" he asked Akira after she handed over her pokemon. He wasn't quite sure if he heard her say if she was a trainer or not. However, she had asked about the gym here in Gustella. He still couldn't be sure, however.

"Oh no, I'm not a trainer. I want to be a breeder like my parents," Akira said, beaming happily as Sumire finished up her food and flapped back over to Akira.
"TAILOW!" HUNGRY! she squawked into her trainer's ear, who jumped back in shock.
"Alright, alright, I'll feed you!" Akira said, tossing the bird another helping of food.

Hiroaki just looked around the Pokemon Center as he waited for Nurse Joy to return with his Pokemon. He noticed there were several other trainers here though he wasn't sure if they were trainers, breeders, or coordinators like him, but he was glad to see so many of them even in a area like the Pokemon Center. He began thinking on where the next contest will be so he will know how much time he has to be able to work with his Pokemon and come up with some good appeals to impress the judges and the audiences with.

Lee nodded his head as Akira responded to him. So she was a breeder, not a trainer. Huh. Well if he remembered correctly, Hiroaki was a coordinator. He glanced over to Hiroaki before speaking. "Hey Hiroaki. Did you say you're a coordinator?" Might as well confirm his thoughts or prove them wrong. If it was true, that'd mean each of them were on a different path while traveling together.
Strange how things work themselves out. It looked like Lee would be the only one among them to be challenging the Gustella gym leader. He glanced around the room again, wondering how many of these trainers had challenged the gym as well, if any of them did at all.
Lee suddenly remembered he did, infact, have pokemon in his party that'd need healing. He quickly ran to the counter and waited in line. When it was finally his turn, he turned in his pokemon to be healed at the pokecenter. After some time, they were returned to him. Vincent had been returned back to his pokeball to be healed and now Lee took his pokeball and released him again.
During his travel along Route 801, he found out the Venonat preferred strolling alongside him rather than stay in his pokeball. Meanwhile, the rest of his party were content in their pokeballs. He looked around and spotted Hiroaki and Akira. "I'm going to head toward the gym. We can meet up afterward, if you like." he spoke to them, laying out his plans. He skipped out the door and now made his way toward the Gustella Gym. With any luck, his first try would be his only try.
