Kain, although he wanted to get a move on and prove his meddle in the gym area, knew it was a stupid decision to go in there, guns ablaze. Just because he had confidence in his team doesnt mean they were the best in the world... Quite frankly, they were very, ah, mentally unstable save one or two... A quick rest wouldn't gurt after all, it wasn't THAT late in the day anyways! He gave his Pokeballs to Nurse Joy, giving her a small tip as a way of saying thanks. Nobody ever paid them, he noticed, so why not at least help them a bit?

Gear cheerfully skipped after Kain into the Pokemon Center, clearly happy about being there. "Hi hi!" he said to the Nurse Joy on duty as he gave her his Pokeballs. As he waited for his Pokemon to be healed up, he decided to just see who else was in the center...and was quickly disappointed to see it was just him and Kain inside.

Kain tched a bit when Gear made that face and chuckled. "What? Am i THAT ugly? haha!" He smiled a bit and leaned on the counter instead of sitting down, just going to wait a bit and immediately go for the center. "After this, I am going to head for the Gym, right off the bat... Are you coming too? It would be nice to have an audience... What is the Gym Leader's specialty again, Flying?" He thought for a second, knowing that really only two of his Pokemon were truly capable against Flying... the odds were not in his favor and chewing on his lower lip showed that irk to the world.

"Hmm...Okay!" Gear said cheerfully, nodding his head happily before his stomach growled loudly. "But can we eat first? I'm hungry!" Gear said happily, looking back to Nurse Joy every now and than to see if he could get his Pokemon back any sooner.

Kain rolled his eyes and fished out a turkey sammich from his backpack, having a little cooler case just in case he needed to chill some of his belongings. So far, it was just packed with food that he deemed 'chill worthy'. He himself pulled out a ham sandwich and munched on it a bit, knowing hunger was the last thing he needed right at that moment. "Here, its on the house... Honestly, i am as eager to get out of here as you are, so munch up!"

"Yay!" Gear cheered happily, taking a large bite that removed almost half the sandwich at once. "Thank you!" he added with a wide smile as he noticed their pokeballs being brought back by Nurse Joy. Running over to get his own, he released his six Pokemon to allow them to stretch out before splitting what was left of the sandwich between them all. "Here you go, eat up!" Gear said cheerfully as they all began to eat, except for Nemo and Cammie, who were glaring at each other, convinced that the other had a bigger piece than they did. Just as they were about to try and take the other's piece, Terry walked past them both and ate both of their pieces.

Kain watched the crazy little performance of the three pokemon and shook his head, chuckling. "And i thought my Pokemon had prob- Well, yeah, they do actually..." He chuckled again and took his Pokemon, thanking the Nurse, and equipping them once again. With a little smile, he had an idea of what to do for this Gym, and maybe a good idea of how he was to go about it... It could work, it may not work, but either way, he was going for the gym now. Stuffing the rest of the sammich in his mouth, he nodded at Gear, a signal that he was leaving, and headed out the doors over to the Gym area.
