Con and the others arrived in Gustella town in due time. Con had returned both Falsetto and Crescendo, leaving Staccato to sit on his shoulder since he didn’t actually own him yet, but in the mean time, that’s what he was calling him.. As he entered the Pokemon center, he placed Falsetto’s Pokeball on the counter, letting the nurse take her to be healed, because since their time out on Route 801 she was the only one that was really injured. Sighing, Con sat down on one of the couches, Staccato quickly perching on his head. He took a drink of water from a bottle he pulled out of his backpack and wiped his forehead. He had finally taken a shower after arriving, because it did take him quite a while to find Yuki in the woods.
“I wonder why the Cafeteria was closed…they said something happened there but they wouldn’t tell me exactly what…” He said to Yuki and Sterling as they sat around together. He then turned to Yuki.
“Hey Yuki, are you going to go for the gym right away, or waiting a bit? I know me and Sterling will have to find the Breeding center, so that will leave you with quite a bit of free time.” He said, looking at Sterling as he mentioned the breeding center.

Yuki turned his head to look at Con. "Yeah, I'm thinking about going ahead and challenging this gym..But I heard from the locals here when I was young you have to talk to Wendy, the gym leader, to get the riddle to find the breeding center."
Bruce was sitting on the table across from Yuki, frowning that his trainer had stopped giving him attention. "Mieeeen!" Please look at me! Yuki turned and hugged his first pal really close. "Hey Bruce..I know you're raring to go but you're gonna be at a real disadvantage..I think I'm gonna rely on Diamante for this one."
The Mienfoo looked really down, but nodded in understanding. He knew his trainer meant well, and didn't want to see him hurt. Bruce smiled widely and nodded. "Mienfoo." I understand.

Sterling walked out of the shower and sat down waiting for the others. It didn't take long before the others met up with him. "Feeling better," he asked as they sat down next to him.
Yuuka was sitting next to him with his head tucked under her wing.
Sterling shrugged, "yea I know I plan on heading there right away." Tsuki and Hoshi where in there pokeballs hidden in his book bag.

Con sighed and looked out the window of the Pokemon center. He had to wonder what exactly was going to happen if he did find this breeding Center. How was he supposed to impress them? Staccato blinked, looking at the Breeder with a heavy Crimson gaze. Was he getting down on himself? Staccato wanted to see this breeding center too, but it seemed like she’d have to wait. Con sighed, deciding to stop thinking about it.
“So, Yuki, Sterling, we never really got to know each other to properly back there, so, why don’t we go and talk for a while?” Staccato really didn’t know why Con loved the outdoors so much, but it seemed like he would be more comfortable outside than inside anyway. Con stood up and walked outside, followed briefly by Staccato.

Yuki nodded, smiling brightly. "That sounds like a great idea! I haven't been around town in a while, so it would be good to get re-familiarized with the area." He returned Bruce to his Pokeball and stepped outside.
Once outside, Yuki took a long breath of the air. It was so nice to be out on a journey with Pokemon! He wondered what kinds of challenges he faced along the road, but he wasn't scared. "So..I'm originally from Dust Town. My mom helped people communicate with Pokemon..and she'd started teaching me how before my journey. She said learning 'on the job' would be good for me.."

Sterling got up and fallowed them placing a fake smile on his face. "Well let's see I'm from Viridian City in Kanto. My mom died when I was six and I was adopted. I don't have any memory of my birth father."
Yuuka flew above them as they walked around. From time to time she would fly of and chase a pidgy but would return shortly after.
"Really that's cool so you know this region pretty good. So you might know where the breeding centers are than?" Sterling looked at Yuki curiously. Yea sure the bit about his birth father was a lie but they didn't need to know about that. his mother and adoptive father where the best things to happen to him.

“I don’t think anyone knows where the breeding centers are right off the bat.” Con answered before Yuki could get a word in. He was sure that they could find it by using the riddle anyway. Con smiled before giving a bit of insight on his own life in the past.
“I was born in Vanderturf town in Hoenn. I actually have a sister who if I’m not mistaken should end up in this region at some point.” He explained. Staccato stretched his wings as he listened to Con speak, looking up at Yuuka who was flying around almost endlessly.
“But I Do love the air around here. I mean it’s nice and not all that clogged up, you know more natural…just like Vanderturf.” He chuckled as Staccato climbed up into his hair to make a nest out of it again.
“I think all we’ll need is a good night’s rest and all three of us will do well with our challenges. We’ll have to go to the gym with you Yuki, so we can get information on where the breeding center might be from Wendy.”

Yuki nodded to Con and Sterling. "Well, I'm too excited to rest! I wanna go to the gym now!" He grinned widely and held up Diamante's pokeball. 'With Diamante, I'm almost sure to win! Don't you guys wanna see how she does in combat against a skilled trainer?"
The white haired lad would have went to the Gym right then, had it not been for a sudden thought. "Hey..Don't you guys wanna know what happened to the Pokemon Center? Maybe if we stick around there for a while we'll learn something!"

Sterling nodded, "yes I agree I don't feel like staying the night. I want to get Yuuka registered. Until I get her registered she's not truly mine. As a breeder I'm sure you feel the same way." He looked at Con and his new pokemon.
Yuuka landed next to Sterling and nuzzled him and cooed softly. Aer Aer Aerodactyl. "No need to worry I won't be leaving your side."
Sterling laughed softly. "Well it would be interesting to see what happened to the cafeteria."

“I guess it would, but part of me is telling me I don’t want to know…” Con said lightly, looking to Staccato for assurance in his words. Just think of all the tripping hazards… He took in another deep breath of the fresh air before turning around.
“You know Yuki, I think you may be ready for the gym. If you wanted we could even go now… You have Dimante... so I think you can do it.” He didn’t know where this sudden burst of anticipation came from, but he wanted to follow it, though all that depended on Yuki.

Yuki smiled and pumped his fist. 'Alright! To the Gym it is!" He smiled brightly and randomly hugged Con. "You're the best, man." He turned his sights to the large gym building, feeling rather excited about the upcoming battle.
The white haired trainer then turned his attention back to Con and Sterling. "Hey, after you guys find the breeding Center, we should meet back up at the Pokemon Center. I get to tell you guys how I did then!"

Sterling nodded, "yea we can do that. Or maybe we can watch and you can come with us? It's up to you. After all I wouldn't mind watching a gym battle." Yuuka cried out in excitement. She jumped and flew towards the gym. "Maybe after we finish with everything we can find out what did happen to the cafeteria?" He fallowed Yuki towards the gym looking forward to hearing the hint.

Yuki tottered back into the Pokemon Center after his long fight at the Gym. Poor Bruce and Diamante were in serious need of healing. After handing his Pokemon over to Nurse Joy, he sat down at a table.
He looked to Con and exhaled deeply. "Well, after my Pokemon get healed, the next place we should head is Torrentia. Maybe I can meet some cool water Pokemon there!"

Con nodded, looking at the Rufflet on his shoulder. He knew he was eager to get to the next town, but they had to seriously think about some good training. He gave a nod and cleared his thorat.
“Alright Yuki, but let’s stay in town for a but before leaving okay? I wouldn’t want our Pokemon getting too hurt by higher leveled ones.” He explained. Standing up, he motioned for Yuki to follow before walking from the Pokemon center. Bruce should have been healed by now anyway. And on top of that, he needed supplies for cooking.
