Coraline was walking through the route. Her vulpix was walking next to her. She didn't look around much when she ran through the place before to get to the lab, but now she was glancing all around the place, her eyes widened with interest.

"So what are you again? Trainer right? If you're a trainer then we should head towards the next town. Then again, we need more pokemon and power!" Coraline said with enthusiasm, twirling her pink hair as she talked.

"Yes, I'm a trainer. I was planning on going it my own and spending a lot of time in each route, getting my pokemon as strong as they can get from the wild pokemon before moving on," Kalin said to the girl she was now traveling with as she looked around too. Her Slakoth was, once more, sleeping, which Kalin was quickly becoming used to.

"Of course, that was before I decided to journey with you, so...I'm not sure what the plan should be now." she continued with a shrug of her shoulders.

Coraline giggled at Kalin's slakoth,"Welll, we can keep to the plan. We still need to gain lots of strength, so we need to train our pokemon to be the best that they can be!" she explained. Her vulpix crept close to her legs, just far enough not to be stepped on.

"But, I dunno where to find pokemon, you see any?" Coraline asked squinting her eyes.

Stick to the plan...yes, Kalin supposed that would be a good idea; they did need powerful pokemon, especially her. Her Slakoth would have to be more powerful than pokemon ordinarily would be when challenging gyms, due to its rather lackluster ability in battle to keep itself awake. "Hrm...I don't see any either." the ebony teenager commented as she scanned the area too.

Coraline nodded, rubbing her chin,"Let us scour the place until we find said pokemon! Come my Koko!" she cheered with a fist pump. The pink haired girl ran off into the taller grasses.

"So much enthusiasm..." Kalin commented; perhaps she was not as different from Letho as she thought. Shrugging, the teen followed her fellow teen into the tall grass, hoping nothing too strong jumped out at them.

"Cmon pokemon! I'm taunting you! I bet none of ya can match up to my Koko1 She's the best!" Coraline kept taunting the grasses, searching for something to jump out and attack or something. Her enthusiasm didn't seem to waver at all. However, her vulpix was hiding behind her leg still being shy and timid.

A challenge, they wanted? Well... he supposed he could intervene, but only once. It was time for his nap, after all, and they were interrupting. Well, that actually gave him more of a reason to attack! Suddenly but slowly, a rather massive Bidoof hobbled out from behind a bush, yawning and displaying a huge set of chompers. They would pay for getting him off schedule... but the faster this went, the better. However, a random Bellsprout appeared on the scene, simply aghast at the sight of how round and oddly... huge the pokemon was for his level. Someone had too many berries last hibernation! Or was he trying to impersonate a Hippopotas?

Coraline turned with a smile. Finally! A pokemon came to her calls...and it's a fat bidoof. She frowned initially, and then spotted a bellsprout. She gave a smile and glanced at her vulpix who was standing next to her.

"Koko, now's your chance! Defeat the bellsprout!" She commanded pointing.

The vulpix nodded, although it didn't want to fight, it had to protect Coraline. It stepped out from behind her and prepared to fight.

And so they were roaming through the grass, trying to find an opponent to fight. As fate would have it, they did indeed find such an opponent, and it was a...Bidoof. Kalin just stared at it, wondering if fate was serious, when then a Bellsprout appeared; she brightened at that. No offense to the Bidoof, but she just felt it looked...strange, and besides, a Bellsprout definitely fit in more with a trainer like herself, coming from an agricultural town.

Unfortunately, however, her Slakoth was far too slow when it came to climbing off of her shoulders, and by the time he was down, Coraline had already challenged the Bellsprout. "Figures," she commented to herself, before facing the Bidoof, her Slakoth in front of her. "Night slash!" Kalin ordered of her Slakoth.
