Jin had barely gotten away from the situation with Team Necro before a flash of blue had cut him off. It was the Suicune from Conifer's lab! It had a normal Pokeball in her mouth that she dropped in Jin's hands.


It also had a note with it , stuck to the front over the button. The young breeder was very curious about it and he took it off to read it. His eyes widened as he read on.

Dear Jin,

I almost forgot! A relative of yours from Nimbasa sent this to me to give to you once you arrived and received your starters. It contains a Scyther. They figured you would be the best candidate to take care of it, since it was abandoned at their doorstep.

He tossed the Pokeball upward and it burst open in a flash of light, revealing a Scyther. Huh. The poor thing really must have been abandoned, because it looked a little on the thin side. The poor bug type lashed out at his new trainer, feeling a bit edgy. "Scyyyyytherrr!" Who are you?! Jin jumped back and tossed an Oran Berry at the poor Pokemon. It devoured it instantly and then looked into Jin's eyes. There was a moment of bonding, as it lowered its scythes and calmed down considerably. "See? I'm a friend..Your name is now Razor..because you're looking razor sharp for battle!"

After saying goodbye to her friends, Soteria and Crescendo, Kalonice came across Jin. She recognized him earlier from the battle they had with Necro and figured that since they both came this way that it couldn't hurt to ask him if she could join him on his journey. Before she could though a Suicune, who she recognized as Ranny, arrived and gave Jin a Pokeball and a letter. She watched as Jin read the letter and then let the Pokemon out. At first it seems the Scyther was about to strike Jin down but it was stopped when an Oran berry was toss his way. She was still on Calista so she had a good view and once she was sure things have calmed down she called out softly so as not to surprise Jin too much, "Um hello that is a nice Scyther you have there."

Quinn had quickly run off after the ordeal with Team Necro, afraid that they might have noticed Akakios and decided to try to come after him. It was, the Mewtwo had responded, a silly fear, he could very well take care of himself, thank you very much, but it was a fear none the less. Unfortunately for her, there were plenty of encounters with her least favorite pokemon, but fortunately for her, Aka seemed more than capable of dealing with these pokemon for her.

After her latest find and catch, a great big Onix who had been too lazy to even bother with fighting her at first (she was, affectionately, calling him "Snorlax" much to Aka's confusion), she soon came across two people she recognized. Much like Kalonice, before she got to speak, there was the interuption of the Suicune, and then the tension with the Scyther.

You are being rude by staring without introducing yourself. Akakios commented from his position beside Quinn. She smiled up at him and as Kalonice made her introduction, she did as well.

"Sure is. Glad he's not gonna turn you into ribbons. Bet he would have been useful in that battle earlier." She greeted with smiles all around as the stern-expressioned Aka followed behind her.

Kalonice turned to look at another familiar person and her... was that a Mewtwo? Kalonice shook hear head and smiled She was a bit nervous at seeing the legendary Pokemon but she was sure he wouldn't harm anyone since he seemed to be a nice Mewtwo. Kalonice reached down to pat Calista's neck, since she was still on the Ponyta's back as she looked around the area being sure that no wild Pokemon suddenly pop out on them.
