The Mudkip stopped, thinking. Is it really playing with another Pokemon? Yeah. Let's end this. The Mudkip shot into the opponent, slamming it into a tree behind it.

The attack that the Mudkip used helped Cenric a lot, he was able to get back on track now that his blood was pumping and running. Cenric pulled out his Shell of Darkness and slashed at the Mudkip powerfully

Once again, Squirtle attacked powerfully, using another tackle, ramming into the Nincada with full force....He wondered if the Mudkip was watching his kick this Pokemon's butt.

The Nincada shot another needle at the Squirtle, hitting it's arm. She gained a little health from it, but other than that, nothing really.

Cenric breathed heavily, this Mudkip was tiring, he wasn't sure how much longer he would last. With one deep breath, Cenric attacked again with his Shell of Darkness and slashed into the Mudkip. To his surprise, Cenric managed to defeat the Mudkip and win this round.

Squirtle lightened up him attacks a little, he was growing a little tired. His attacks didn't hit as hard as they usually do, but that wouldn't stop him from still doing high amounts of damage, and even taking out his opponent. This was his show now.

Leonard had teleported behind the Squirtle, punching right into it's shell, causing the turtle pokemon to faint on contact. Leonard looked down with flame in his eyes. That's right, eyes. His eyes were open as wide as possible.

Wow, that was some first round of battling, but can Anima and Sylvia continue their winning streak? The trainers sent out their next Pokemon to see if these Pokemon could do any better in the battle.

Leonard teleported into action, punching the Pikachu on the back of the head quickly and teleporting back, watching lazily, eyes still wedged open.

'Hm...Anima, is there any body of water where we are at?' Allen telepathically asked. "Hm? Ya, why?" 'I think I might want to give this battling a shot, I may not be the best at it. I would like to see, however.'

Allen popped out of his Pokeball and into the water so that he could move easily. 'Alright, for my first move~' Allen sang out, however his next words were not as song-like as he began to growl at the Slakoth.

The Pikachu's cheeks began to fill up with electricity, with a Pikachu's usual electrical cry, the electric mouse shot electricity at Leonard. However the Abra was able to teleport away before he was struck.

HNNNG. Leonard had to try to avoid hitting that Pikachu too hard. If he did it may paralyze him. He shot at the Pikachu and lightly hit it, ice bouncing off his fist.

Slakoth crawled slowly to the opponent, holding it's arm back, claws becoming dark black, growing, it clawed into the Lapras.

'Ouch...' Allen said, unused to taking damage. 'And other Pokemon consider this fun? No matter, I guess all one such as me can only do their best. After all, I brought myself into this battle for my lovely friend.' Taking a deep breath, Allen sent out a shot of water at the Slakoth, dealing a decent batch of damage towards the sloth Pokemon.

The Pikachu once again began to store up electricity in his cheeks. This time he dashed up to Leonard, getting closer in range before shooting off his electricity. This time it hit, and this time it did a good amount of damage.

Leonard shot at the Pikachu, not knowing his own strength, and knocked it away, smashing it against a tree, ice overtaking it, almost. Leonard became paralyzed, his eyes shutting again.

Leonard just sort of stood there, paralyzed. If only he had waited for his faithful trainer to pull out that Paralyze Heal before he attempted an attack.

Allen thought about something...Well, he wasn't much of a fighter that's for sure, but he was a singer. A nice one at that, he wondered if a lullaby could change this battle around.

The Lapras began to sing in a very peaceful, melodic voice, a voice that could lull nearly anyone to sleep. Anima herself began to yawn at the music, she saw the other humans yawning themselves. The song was so peaceful, it put the Slakoth to sleep.

It was time to get into action! The Pikachu began to form electricity on his arm, once enough electricity had been collected...Had been collected....What?

OH NO! The Pikachu had failed to realize that his opponent had the ability Synchronize! The Pikachu ended up becoming Paralyzed as well!
