Ryu knew that Den wouldn't bother giving out commands, seeing as the grumpy trainer said nothing about him backing up. Ryu decided he was still in battle and tackled into the armored Pokemon.

The attack did little however, being as the Pokemon was covered in the armor that protected him so.

"Aw, I wanted to see more of your Pokemon..." Tina said, a little sad by the fact that Hunter did not change Pokemon, she didn't mind though, she still liked Vanillite. "Alrighty, Karrablasty! Use peck attack, please!"

Trying to float away from the Karrablast's attack did little to help Vanillite as she was hit. Squeaking irritably, she attacked with another Icicle Spear.

Awaiting his trainers orders, Shelmet glanced back at Eddy, who was starstruck by Ryu's attack. Deciding to take matters into his own hands, he leaped forward and attacked with Leech Life.

Den was still refusing to call any commands, not like it would matter too much. Ryu was perfectly capable of battling on his own. He tackled into the Shelmet once more, trying to do something towards the armored Pokemon.

Just like the first time, however, little damage was done toward his opponent, what's going on? Why does this opponent take so little damage? If things kept up, Ryu knew he could be in danger, he was taking more damage than he was receiving...

Den looked at the battle, slightly interested in the outcome. What was his Pokemon doing? Den knew that piece of garbage was strong enough to take on the other trashy Pokemon, so why was he not doing anything? ...Why?

"Oh no!" Tina shouted, seeing as her Pokemon was getting really tired from the battle, the Poor baby wouldn't stand much longer against this opponent!

"Oh, Karrablasty! Try to attack again! Use another Peck attack!" The child told her Pokemon, who attacked again, pecking at the Vanillite. Unfortunately, not much damage was done, the Karrablast was growing tired from battle.
