Cassie followed the others into the Pokemon center. She stuck in her ear buds and put on her glasses avoiding the eyes of anyone outside of her group. Her stance and disposition making it clear she was not approachable.
Habit formed by her father made her take note of everyone in the room and listen into conversations. Who was a threat and who was not? Hence the ear buds. They made it look like she was listening to music when nothing played. After dropping off her Pokemon to be healed she placed herself against a wall and listened while waiting for the others to join her again she listened to a group talk about a new contest. minutes later she had the town name and the date it would start.
"Have anyone of you heard of BreezeBay?" she asked when the others finally came over.

Nadia waltzed around, her head in the clouds, humming some cheery little tune she didn't actually know the words too, swinging Freya playfully around. She spun around a bit, glancing nonchalantly from person to person as she did so, wondering where her brother had managed to vanish off to.
She paused her circles at Cassie's question, taking the time to ponder a bit. Breezebay... The named sounded familiar. "I think so," she quipped up, still a bit unsure. "If I'm not mistaken it's not to far from here."
Satisfied with her answer, Nadia began to spin around once more, before realizing she was still in the dark. "Wait, why?"

"Apparently there is going to be a contest there soon." Cassie shrugged. "I'm going to go seeing as I missed the one here. Who wants to join me?"

Abby had waltzed in with her group of Pokemon, a small commotion amongst them. Abby could only sigh as Ivy and Missy stood a bit away from each other, glaring and growling, spewing out some sort of nonsense about the other. Eventually she just couldn't handle it any more and returned both of them back with a quick zap of the Pokeball. Bolt, Jolie, and Tyrone all exhaled in relief, Bolt almost getting into the scuffle a few time he was so sick of it.
Abby smiled though and returned the others, giving them to Nurse Joy. Afterwards, she went over to Cassie and Nadia, only catching the very end of the conversation. "Contest? No... not yet for me... i haven't practiced and my Pokemon are having... situations..."

Nadia smiled as Abby approached, and Freya let out an excited chatter of delight. Nadia patted the Trapinch and chuckled, then nodded over towards the girl.
"Better ask Abby rather than me," replied Nadia. "Seeing as how I'm not coordinator and I guess I don't really care. I don't think Freya's up to a gym battle and I've yet to catch another pokemon." Sighing a bit, Nadia continued. "So yeah, I don't care. I dunno what happened to Aidan though."

"Maybe he's out looking for a legendary." Cassie joked. "then I wouldn't be the only one to have to worry about one."
Cassie glared slightly as Mirage flew out of the back rooms and hovered over her head. "I thought I told you to stay in the form of a common Pokemon."
The Mew tilted her head. Cassie sighed "What am I going to do with you?" Mirage snuggled up against her.

Abby chuckled a bit and crossed her arms. "What do you expect? You are trying to make her something she is not...." She bit her lip right afterwards, reminding her of her past a bit. She sighed a bit and leaned against the wall also, wondering about her father now.
She honestly disliked the man but he occasionally crossed her mind, tensing her body up and making her face a bit red from anger. With a small sigh, she let herself untense, putting on a smile. "So what are you thinking of doing Cassie?"

Cassie Glared darkly at Abby. "That is not what I'm trying to do at all." she spoke slowly and clearly letting her anger be known. "Are you aware of how many trainers have their Pokemon stolen each day? Well let me inform you that it is high. And that is trainers with regular Pokemon. Pidgy. Beedrill. Sandshrew." she listed recalling case files that her father had fallen in exhausted sleep over, "If someone wanted to steal one from me they could. Mirage is a Legendary making her even more of a target for greedy thieves."
Cassie shook her head. "I don't want any of my Pokemon taken from me. So until I am stronger and I know that I can fight off any opponent I'm going to insist that Mirage hides. For her own safety."
Mirage looked up at her trainer with wide eyes. then her head fell in sham for thinking that her trainer wanted a different Pokemon. she Transformed into a Clafairy.

Nadia chuckled. "Yeah I'm sure that's it." She then quieted down for a bit, giving due attention to Freya, but it was not generally in her nature to keep quite. At Cassie's evident anger she spoke up.
"Woah, woah, woah." Freya squabbled nosily as she was placed on the ground, Nadia now using her hands for emphasis. "Let's not get snappy. Abby brought up a valid observation Cass. And where I can understand where you're coming from, legendaries are a whole lot more common here! Not that matters entirely, but you play a risky game legendary or not when it comes to pokemon."
Nadia now folded her arms, her hips jutting defiantly out to one side. "You might be helping Mirage but your also hindering her. She needs a little freedom to be, well, her. Ah!" Nadia threw up her arms in a much exaggerated manner. "I digress. No one has to blow a gasket right now! We were talking about a contest?"

"It's Cassie." She corrected a little sharply. "Mirage can take what ever form she wants when we're on the road and when Arid evolves I won't care if she stays a Mew in the city too."
Cassie huffed and walked off. "I'm going to go practiced. I don't care what you do just let me know when you leave." As she passed the front desk Cassie collected her Pokemon and went outside to find some peace and quiet.

Abby sweatdropped and shook her head a bit. "And this is why i don't get too emotional and just take it easy sometimes..." She sighed but smiled anyways. "ANYWAYS what about you? whats your next big hing gonna be? I think i have a few ideas for my Pokemon now that I thought about it a bit but I still have to train them a bit for it..." She shrugged and played out a few notes with her guitar. "Any suggestions?"

Nadia smiled. "I dunno if I have anything big planned. I guess I never really thought that Trainer's need some bug plan but I'm probably wrong about that." Freya scuttled about Nadia's and Abby's feet, chattering in agreement with her trainer. The Trapinch was eager for her first gym battle but she needed some buddies and some training first!
Pausing to recall Abby's team, Nadia began to address her companion's question. "Well you have so many cool new pokemon!" She began. "And I'm not to creative when it comes to that sort of stuff... But I think you could really do something flashy with that new Chimchar and Treecko of yours."
Meanwhile Aidan approached the PokeCenter, a new found confidence radiating from his being. He whistled a cheerful tune, happy he had done something good today, and got a new friend because of it. He was going to enter the pokecenter in hopes of finding his sister and the others, till he caught a glance of Cassie outside.
"Hey!" He gave the dark-haired girl a friendly wave. "Guess what Cassie~"
Reaching for a very special pokeball, Aidan gave Cassie's pokemon a giddy hello.
"I made a new friend. Meet Maya!"
There was a flash of red and a melodic bellow and then a Suicune stood before both Coordinators, looking sweetly from one to the other.

Cassie stared at the water legendary in shock. Mirage still in Clafairy form hopped out of her arms and smiled cutely at Maya. She turned to tug on Cassie's pant leg.
that Made Cassie snap out of her shock. "I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE ANYMORE" She cried out and jumped to hug Aidan. "Oh do you want to show Maya your true form?" she asked Mirage. Mirage nodded. "Go ahead." her form shimmered and the Mew floated into the air and started to play with Maya.
Aidan coughed. Cassie looked over at him and realized that she was still hugging him. "Oh...sorry." She stepped away and turned to hide her embarrassed blush.

Abby nodded a bit at Nadia's words but then she heard Cassie shout outside, Abby instantly wondering what was wrong. Immediately she hurried over to Nurse Joy, retrieved her Pokemon, and went outside, only to be quite surprised at the sight.
"Wow... Aiden... Got a Suicune?" Abby was shocked at first but was quite happy that Aiden got a really cool Pokemon. Nadia was definitely right about something though... Rarities happened quite often here.

"Cuuuune~" Hello there~ Maya almost cooed at the other legendary, craning her neck to nuzzle the the floating pokemon's stomach.
"S'no problem," laughed Aidan, blushing a bit himself. He swung one arm about Cassie's shoulder's and gave her a comforting squeeze. "See we can do this stuff together!"
Aidan glanced over his shoulder at the hum of the automatic door sliding open, his hand falling back to his side. His grin grew wider at the sight of Abby and Nadia. He gestured to his Suicune.
"Meet Maya you guys!"
Nadia's jaw dropped open in surprise. This was what... Aidan's fourth pokemon? And it was a legendary? She was really getting behind here.
"Hey!" She strode forward to yank on the tassels hanging from her brother's hat. "You vanish for a few hours and you show up with a legendary? What the hell man?"
Her twin smiled sheepishly, crossing his arms casually behind his head. "Well, I ended up running into Team Necro and some other trainers..."
