Lee was going to have to assume her not answering the question and telling him he could leave was a yes. He grabbed the necessary equipment that she pointed out to him earlier. When he was done, he walked back over to the professor. "I hope you get to feeling better. My Mom lives in Dust Town too. She's pretty good at treating bugs. Her name is Karen, if you want the help."
Offering what he could to the professor, he gives her a final goodbye and waves as he heads out the lab. When Lee was outside the lab, he looked over at Vincent who was trailing behind him. "I'll let you relax while I do the walking, bud. Return." Lee held out the pokeball and Vincent the Venonat went back into his pokeball without question. Lee tucked the pokeball away safely and continued forward, heading to the first route that'd take him out of Dust Town.

Quinn was stiff and sore, and not for the first time on this trip either. The ferry ride had been uncomfortable, and she'd learned she had the makings of a fine sea-sickness on that ride. The night before, she'd walked as far as she could towards Dust Town before impending darkness had prevented her from taking another step and she'd needed to set up a camp. She was used to soft beds and home cooked meals, so camping was an entirely new experience to her, and she wasn't quite sure if she liked it or not. However, as she gathered up her things and set off again, she quickly forgot her discomfort in lieu of all the new things she was seeing that were attracting her attention.
As she got into Dust Town, her smile could hardly get wider for her excitement. It was a miracle she was managing to not trip over her own feet, what with the twisting and turning she was doing to look at everything. So this was where they all started. Maybe she'd be the next greatest Pokemon master herself some day. The idea thrilled her to no end and she began humming as she continued walking.
In her haste, she nearly ran into a girl, not much younger than she was if Quinn had to guess, with her two new pokemon. Not knowing that these were new pokemon though, Quinn smiled, waved, and complimented the teen on her Zorua and Electrike and then continued her way. As she reached the path someone had pointed out to her, another person appeared and she once again smiled a greeting, and watched him go curiously. Was he a new trainer as well? Before she could puzzle out the question, she was distracted by the sound of multiple Pokemon coming from the lab, and she picked up her pace to go check out the commotion.
"Hello?" She called as she reached the door, pushing it open and looking around curiously, rocking on the back of her heels as she took in the lab equipment and then stopped on the Pokemon who had been out for people to choose. "Oh! Aren't you all darlings?" She asked, crouching to see the Pokemon better, not caring for anything else in the room at that moment.

Taking a deep breath, Professor Conifer coughed once before turning to the newcomer from on top of Ranny.
"Pick one, the mystery ball is permanent so be careful." She said, feeling really tired at that moment. She was looking forward to a good, long sleep after the trainers were all done.

The girl squeaked in surprise at what was "the voice of noone" to her, and she dropped onto her bum, looking around. Seeing the Professor on top of the Suicune, she nearly squealed with delight at the sight of the legendary Pokemon. "Oh, she's very lovely." She complimented, and to keep herself from going over and being distracted by chatting away with the woman while she fawned over the woman's Suicune, she turned back to the pokemon she had just been ooing and aahing over moments before. She screwed up her face, but her eyes caught that lonely Mystery Ball on the table all by it's lonesome.
Getting to her feet, she came over to the Mystery Ball. "I'm sure all of you will find wonderful trainer's soon, but I choose this one." She said, picking up the last Mystery ball and giving it a toss. "Come on out so I can meet you!"

The pokeball burst open and a light unlike any other came forth. Normally, the lights that came out of pokeballs were white, but this one had a light that was sort of lavender tint to it. The beam landed just in front of Quinn and as it took shape, it was obvious the creature was much bigger than she was. Finally the light faded, and when Professor Conifer and Ranny saw the pokemon that stood towering over Quinn, both of their jaws dropped. "Mother of Arceus, Ranny, what did your breeder do?" She said in a raspy voice. "Cune..." Was Ranny's quiet response as the tall pokemon looked over Quinn while staying absolutely still. Then, without warning, it leaned forward and stared deep into her eyes, it's own eyes glowing slightly. With a sort of snort, the pokemon nodded approvingly, as though it liked what it saw, and leaned back, crossing it's arms. I have seen your life through your eyes. You have been through much, and will go through much more. You are not ready to take on a journey such as this on your own, so I will help you. I am Mewtwo, and I am yours. The pokemon spoke in a masculine voice. Looking at the pokeball from which he emerged, Mewtwo made a sort of disgusted sound as he flicked it back towards his trainer. He tilted his head at the girl as if considering something and his eyes narrowed. You may give me a new name is you wish, but in return, do not stuff me back inside of there. I cannot take care of you if I am forced to be confined in such a manner. He said almost threateningly. Almost, because he really DID care about the girl, and would never intentionally harm her no matter how many times he scared her. Pokemon Name: Mewtwo Gender: Male Pokemon Personality: Stern, Careful, Caring Pokemon Ability: Unnerve *Telepathic* (color code is AB98AE) Pokemon Health: 39 Pokemon Level: 5 Move Roster: Confusion, Disable, Barrier, Shadow Claw

If the professor was surprised, it was probably nothing compared to what Quinn was feeling. Her own jaw was dropped open in shock at the creature standing before her, head tilted back in order to look up into it's face. For once her thoughts were solely and uninteruptingly on the Mewtwo in front of her and what it might or might not do to her. She nearly fell back as it leaned forward without so much as a warning, and she thought, for the briefest of moments, that it might not like her, and she'd heard too many tales of this particular Pokemon's power to take it lightly.
But then the gentle voice inside her head was soothing her, and she relaxed, now only staring up in wonder at the Pokemon before her. She caught the ball as it was flicked back towards her, hugging it to her stomach as the Pokemon spoke again and she nodded understanding when it finished and then realized that he had prompted her to speak. "Oh... oh, uhm... Alright." She agreed readily enough, and bit her tongue as she thought long and hard about a name. "Do... do you like Akakios?"
If that is what you wish to call me, that is what I will be called. The Mewtwo replied, giving his head one nod before turning to face Professor Conifer, reminding the girl that she wasn't alone. If we are done here, we should perhaps leave you to rest.
"Oh... oh, right. Uhm... Is there anything else Professor?" The girl asked, still somewhat intimidated by her new Pokemon, but excitement starting to take hold at what new prospects were opening up before her.
