Con thanked the Gym Leader quickly, and after wishing Yuki as much luck as he could one more time, he motioned for Sterling to leave with him, taking Staccato with him on his shoulder as he left the gym. Holding the Pokeball in his palm, he looked down at it. He was kind of afraid to find out what they would have to do when they got to this Breeders center, but looked at Staccato, who gave him a certain assurance that things would be okay.
“I hope you’re ready Sterling. Go!” He called, letting the Pokeball fly from his hands. The gym leaders Pokemon appeared in a flash and Staccato lifted himself from the breeder’s shoulder, circling around the larger bird. Con gave a short whistle and Staccato flew back onto his shoulder. Con looked at the Pidgeot and patted its side Gently.
“You can help us find Fearow, right?” He asked softly, his voice sort of shaky as he realized he was nervous for this test, whatever it was.

Sterling fallowed Con, "what do you think where going to have to do when we get there? I hope I pass I really want to become a breeder and help my dad out." Of course when he said that he really meant help team Necro and his adoptive father.
The Pidgeot circled them twice before flying off.
Yuuka fallowed after it flying low to stay in sight of Sterling and Con.

Pidgeot flew higher, watching out for the fearow. They certainly were going in the right direction. Aha! There it was! Pidgeot saw a flash of red and made a beeline for it, returning moments later and divebombing the group. She carried something in her talons, releasing it when she got to the ground. It was a fearow, the one with the bow that would lead them the rest of the way.
After squawking angrily at the Pidgeot, who collected her pokeball and flew off, the Fearow gestured towards the two to follow it as it waddled towards an aviary-like building. It pecked at the handle until it opened and led the two inside. There were huge cages everywhere containing all kinds of bird pokemon, and if the boys looked closely they would find a Zapdos laying down in one of them! Though it's breathing was a tad bit labored. Ignoring the Zapdos, Fearow leapt up to one of the perches, looking at the back door.
"Fearrrrrrrr!" It yelled. Immediately, some crashing was heard and the door opened, revealing a tallish man who carried a baby Pidgey in his arms.
"Hallo there! Y'all found me eh? So, ya ready for yer test?" He said with a very thick country accent.

Con had followed the Pidgeot to Fearow, who led them to the location of the breeding Center with Sterling, and it had led them right inside. Con did take notice of the Beautiful Zapdos that was laying in the nest that they had passed, and he made a mention of it to Sterling.
“Hey, look.” He said, motioning to it. “It..looks a bit sick, doesn’t it?” He asked the other breeder as they passed by it. He continued to follow the fearow until it came to perch and let out a loud cry. There was some crashing that was heard and the centers breeder came out holding a baby pidgey. Con nodded to him Politley.
“Hello, and yes, we’ve come here for the breeders test.” He explained briefly, looking at the cute little pidgey he held.

Sterling had noticed the Zapdose at the same time as Con. He knelt down to get a closer look. There was a difference between him and most Team Necro members. He actually cared for pokemon. It was people he hated. He wished he could stay here and help bring it's health back up. After a few seconds he fallowed after Con. "I feel sorry for the poor thing. I hope they can help it."
When they reached the perch he waited through the crashing for the breeder to come out. "May I ask what is wrong with the Zapdose? Is there anything I can do to help it?" For the first time in a long time the hardness that was always there around his eyes if you looked close enough had softened. Yea he wanted to do the test but pokemon came first.

Trevor looked at the Zapdos and smiled at the newcomers, shaking his head. "Naw, this Zapdos is just too clumsy for his own good. He crashed into a really big tree on the way over here. He`ll be fine, he just needs to sleep is all." He said, snapping his fingers. From the door he came out of, a dragonite and a dodrio emerged and approached the group, the drgonite carrying a foldup table while the dodrio carried a sack. As the pokemon began to get setup in front of the group, the man walked over to the zapdos cage and looked it over. "Yeh, he`ll be fine, a bit o'shuteye and he'll be good as new." He said, walking back to the boys as his pokemon finished. On the table that had been unfolded, 6 eggs laid in trays, and the man stood behind it and watched the newcomers intently while he held the baby pidgey. "So, allow me to properly introduce m'self. My name is Trevor, and I`m the head of this here Breeding Center, Open Skies. Your first task here is simple. On this table there are 6 eggs. One of them is fake and the other ain't my specialty type. Yer task is to figure out which ones. You may look at each of them and pick them up if you wish, and you can think amongst yerselves to figure it out. When ya have yer answer, I`ll let ya know if ya passed er not, and you`ll get an egg if ya do. Begin anytime." He said, adjusting the pidgey in his arms.

Con looked over at one of the Very last eggs. It was light blue with a hint of darker blue surrounding it. He walked over to it and gave it tap lightly, doing this all the way around the egg. He wasn’t try to break it, and there was no force in the tap. Though, to him the egg felt cold, like there was absolutely nothing. Maybe it was just his hunch…but he could be right. Staccato tilted his head, looking at all the eggs with an interested glance. “Um, Trevor, I’d like to say this one is the fake. I don’t know for sure but…it feels kind of cold and empty…” He really hoped he was right. His family had raised eggs for a while and this didn’t seem like a live egg. He then turned to look at the egg on the other side of the table. He walked over to the other egg and felt it. This one was warm, like it had some kind of life, but it didn’t seem like the life that emanated from a flying type. “This one doesn’t seem like your type.” He said finally, turning to Sterling for a conformation. Eggs Chosen: Not Real: Real but not Trevor's Type:

Sterling agreed he gave the egg he thought was fake a light tap. It sounded hallow unlike the other eggs. He looked at Yuuka and smiled. "Yes I agree with what Con said."

Trevor smiled and nodded at the boys, whistling for his dragonite to return. He handed the baby pidgey to the dragon and went back to the back room, returning with two Cherish balls. He placed the, on top of the table and began to pack up the eggs. He took the blue and purple egg and tossed it in one of the cages before handing the cherish balls to the two lads.
"Congrats y'all! Here ya are, two Open Skies egg cherish balls for yer pokemon. This makes them yer proof that ya passed my test" He said, nodding at his handywork
"Tha blue and purple egg is just a toy the youngun's like to play with. Y'all are set now. Congrats for passing my test. Yer next destination should be the DeepSeas Breeding Center in Torrentia. It's run by my cousin Becker. Good luck to ya both." Said Trevor as he and his fearow collected the eggs and taking them back to the back of the center.

Con smiled at Staccato, who flapped his wings in response. The young bird cooed as Con tapped him with the cherish ball, and he was sucked inside. So, there may have been no egg reward this time like he heard about, but that didn’t bother him too much. Making Staccato a member of his team officially was enough. The ball clicked shut to show it had done its job, and Con looked back to Trevor, nodding at him politely.
“Thankyou Trevor. I’ll be sure we’ll make that our next destination.” He said simply, taking Staccato’s cherish ball and placed it beside Falsetto’s and Crescendo’s. He then exited the breeding Center, eager to get to his friends gym battle.
