It had been a few days travle to get here, and it was hard without any pokemon but the siblings made it. They where a little dirty but they did not care, they had made it to Dust town. But they did not go to the lab right away, they found a place to rest, so it was not till noon did they come to the pokemon lab. Sarah looked at it with a smile, soon her life was going tp change. And she hoped that she would be able to breing smiles to people's faces. Kurtis could not wait to meet the pokemon he would get. The two looked at each other before entering the lab. " Are you ready Sarah?" Kurtis asked his lttle sister. Sarah nodded and looked back at the doors. " ready as I ever be! Lets go meet our soon to be pokemon!" The two siblings then walked into the lab. " Hello? Anyone here?" Sarah called out. Kurtis just waited for someone to come over and help them.

"Welcome, weary travelers!" The Professor exclaimed, encouraging the two in with open arms. "I'm Professor Conifer - pokemon type extraordinaire. But enough with that. You two dirty people are here for pokemon, correct?" Turning to the new portable platform she'd made for starters to stand on, she motioned to six awaiting pokemon, nearly all of them from different regions. "Trainers may choose one pokemon, and breeders and coordinators may pick two. However, each of you are allowed only ONE mystery ball each. Choose wisely - the pokemon you pick will be bonded to you forever, and you cannot go back." That said, she inhaled and attempted to catch her breath, waiting to see who the two would choose.

Sarah's eyes grew wide when she saw the Pokemon, her eyes went right to the Chikorita, it was just to pretty! It would make a good Pokemon for a coordinator" I'm aiming to be a coordinator.. So I would like Chikorta, and possibly I would like to take my chances with a mystery ball for my second Pokemon if that's ok." Sarah said with a smile. Kurtis looked at all the Pokemon as well, but his eyes rested on the Larvitar. It looked like a great Pokemon to start out with. " I'm trying to become a Pokemon breeder, and Lavitar looks like it would be a good Pokemon.. And I also would like to try my chances with a mystery ball." Kurtis said with a gentle smile. Both Sarah and Kurtis picked one up and opened it.

"Alright then. Let's see how this goes!" Conifer replied, nodding and adjusting her glasses when the light faded. "Ah, those are two very nice pokemon! Whismur and Aron. Yes, good pokemon indeed. Now, if you'd be so kind as to choose which Pokedex and bag you want, you can go on your way! However, breeders cannot have pokeballs, so be sure to leave those behind."

Sarah smiled at the little Whismur, it was just so cute and she could not wait to start training to show it off. Same with the Chikorita, she wondered how they would work together and how they would succeeded. The little Chikorita and Whismur came up to her and stood by her feet. " Chiko" She said with a smile on her face and rubbed her leaf on Sarah's leg. "Whismur Whis" the little Whismur said in a louder voice then most Whismur's. Sarah knelt down and hugged the two pokemon tears of joy running down her cheecks. " You two are just perfect!! I love you both! I shall name Chikorita, Jamila and you Whismur, Kade" Sarah said before letting go and returning both pokemon to there pokeballs. And she picked up the red pokedex the first bag and the other items.
Kurtis smiled at his two new pokemon, he know the path of a breeder was hard but he was willing to take on the challenge. He also knelt down so now to be towering above the two pokemon. He smiled gently at them as they walked over to him. " Well little ones, I hope we will become great friends.. Kurtis said in a very soft voice, Larvitar folded her arms and she looked at Kurtis from head to toe, after a few minutes she nodded deciding she liked him. " Larvitar" She said with a nod. Aron looked at Kurtis and wanted to show off and used harden. Kurtis blinked and smiled at Aron. " My my, you are a strong pokemon that you are.. Lets see for names.. Larvitar, I shall call you Akiko. And Aron your name shall be Kano" Kurtis said and returned the two. Kurtis then took the round backpack and the blue pokedex and all the items but the pokeballs. And with that the splings said there thanks to Professor Conifer and left.

Will pretended not to notice his Mother's Liepard following him all the way from Tornadra. He was glad she was there though. Thus that is why he never hitched hiked on the way down.
Traveling with her sleek form hiding in the shadows kept all the dangerous Pokemon at bay. He was going to miss her when she returned home to protect his siblings. Just before he entered the lab of the famous Pokemon professor Conifer, he gazed into the trees and whispered "See ya Pretty Girl."
Seeing that the professor was engaged in conversation with two siblings Will stood off to the side, and like Pretty Girl he stuck to the shadows.
He knew they were not trainers because both received two Pokemon each. seeing only one mystery ball left he knew he would choose that one. none of the Pokemon on the table would fit his needs. so the only thing left to do was to take a gamble. Will glared at the thought. He hated to take chances.
Finally the professor noticed his presence. "I'm here to pick up my Pokemon to start my journey as a trainer. Could i please have the last mystery ball?"

The ball opened up and a white light burst through, taking shape in front of Will. When the light faded, a large green-and-tan pokemon stood in front of him, smiling warmly. "Deer!" It squeaked, trotting over to stand at its new master's side. It bumped Will's arm affectionately and gave him a happy look, hoping the trainer would like him. Will squatted down to the Deerling's eye level. The little deer had bright, alert, brown eyes that seemed to want to be friends with everyone. Even a gruff hard boy like him.
Will raised a hand slowly to pet his new Pokemon. The Deerling encouraged the movement by nudging his hand. Will smiled, they might be able to balance each other out. "You'll do Little Brother. I'll call you... Libra for short."
That decided Will went over to claim a bag and his set of items. Libra stayed right on his heels. The girl and boy had claimed the good ones. He sighed and picked up the messenger bag and black pokedex. He could always change the bag once he got enough money for a new one. He nodded to the Professor and the two strangers. "Thank you for your time."
