We Don't Need a Holiday to Start to Celebrate

[Anima Everhart]

Anima reached Route 803 while Sylvia was taking her breeder's test. She decided that she should check out the next route since Anima had nothing else to do, but when she reached the route, Anima was surprised to see what she saw. Why, there was no land anywhere in sight. It was just one giant body of water. "Well...This will be interesting...What should we do?"

'Hm...I could be of assistance, no?' Allen asked from within his Pokeball. Anima grabbed said ball and looked at it. "Would you mind taking me and Sylvia across such a large lake?"

'Of course, why would I not want to help out my lovely friends? And if it's too much for me, which I doubt. I'm sure Crystal would love to be of assistance as well.' The Lapras telepathically answered back before releasing himself into the water.

'It may take us a while to get to the other side, so I recommend us not training too much until we get closer to the other side of the lake.'Anima nodded and climbed onto Allen followed by Damon. Cenric, didn't climb on, but instead, jumped into the water as well, swimming around.

'While we wait for our lovely friend to get back, why don't you let your Pokemon enjoy the water?' Allen asked with his singing voice. It was a good idea, so Anima decided to take his Advice and released Ileana, Kari and Crystal. The team began to play in the waters and enjoy the sunny day.

[Sylvia]

Tympole watched Crystal as he swam, she was so pretty. "HEY GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Sylvia ran up onto the shore and waved, Leonard running behind. "LOOK WHAT I GOT!" Sylvia held up the Pokemon egg, being careful to have both hands on it. Leonard looked up and frowned. Not another. Tympole looked at it and frowned. Oh no, another. Anna was sort of sleeping on Allen's head.

[Anima Everhart]

Anima smiled as she saw the egg that Sylvia saw. "Aw, you got an egg. I took it you beat the test?" Anima sighed as she remembered her first egg. "My first Pokemon to hatch as a breeder didn't turn out very well, the baby Pokemon was a Skarmory, she wasn't very friendly and flew off. I wonder what happened to her..."

'Aw, I'm sure she was pretty though.' Allen smiled. 'Anyway, I hate to have everyone rushing, but we better get going if we're going to make it to the other side of this lake, it's a long swim.'

[Sylvia]

"Let's go!" Sylvia jumped in the water and swam to Allen, climbing on. Leonard had already teleported on, Sylvia put the egg in her backpack, reached down, and put the Tympole in as well. She looked up at Anna and sighed. "You can stay up there. You're sleeping anyways."

[Anima Everhart]

Crystal swam next to Allen, she offered to take some of the weight off of him, but he declined her offer, telling her that this was no trouble for him. After a couple of hours out on the water, Cenric stopped swimming and climbed aboard Crystal, resting on her calmly. Kari noticed this and jumped onto Crystal as well. Despite Allen's wish, everyone began to occasionally switch between the two large Pokemon.

Soon it became night time. "Wow, I still can't see the land. This place was bigger then I expected..."

[Sylvia]

Leonard and Sylvia mostly slept during the journey. Allen's back was rather comfortable when you get used to it. Leonard had lost many spoons on while riding, Sylvia took the time to get some swimming done, she was getting more used to the water. Tympole hung around with Crystal most of the time. Other than that, everyone was calm.

[Anima Everhart]

Eventually night became day. Anima felt bad for Allen and Crystal, the two ferrying Pokemon ended up staying up the entire night, taking Anima and Sylvia as well as all their Pokemon the the other side of the lake. Finally after much time, They were able to see the other side of the lake, that would lead to Quakita City.

"Thank you so much you two, I am sorry for all the trouble we caused you." Anima said, still feeling bad for her two Pokemon.

'Ah, no worries.' Allen said, his song-like telepathic voice a little more tired sounding then usual. 'I am just glad I was able to take you two lovely ladies to the other side along with all your also lovely Pokemon friends. Crystal was happy to help as well.'

Anima nodded then turned to Sylvia. "Since we're nearing Quakita, do you want to find some Pokemon to train on?"

[Sylvia]

I'm sorry, but Sylvia is not currently awake at this time. Please leave a message after the wake up call. Sylvia was sleeping, Leonard sprawled across her, but were snoring rather loudly. This is what happens when you allow Sylvia to sleep, Anima.

[Anima Everhart]

Anima sighed, seeing as Sylvia was still sleeping, rather loudly too. It seemed like they would get no training done while they were on the lake.

Two other Pokemon had a different idea however. They were surprised to see humans on this side of the lake, not too many traveler had come by lately and they had missed the excitement that was caused. Aw, but one of the humans is sleeping. That could be fixed. One of the Pokemon shot a large blast of water at the sleepers, laughing excitedly and swimming around.

Oh, that Marill did not just wake her up. Sylvia shot the Marill a look and looked at a groggy Leonard. "Leo, kill it. Confusion. NOW." Leonard raised his spoon while rubbing his eyes. Long waves of psychic energy came from it, though rather weak. He was still rather tired.

Cenric watched as Damon was about to jump into battle. He stopped the dog-like Pokemon and gave him the growth scarf. Cenric knew he would not need the item for a while and Damon would be needing it for his training as a warrior.

Damon accepted it willingly and the headed to the battle field with a battle cry. A wolfish howl.

Seeing the battle had begun, the Marill excitedly attacked back, using his Bubble attack. It didn't do much, then again the Marill hadn't battled in a rather long time.

[Sylvia]

Leonard smiled a devilish smile, he began bending his spoon, increasing the frequency of his Confusion and psychic waves, causing to grip it's head. It wasn't confused yet, but soon, thought Leonard, soon.

Poliwag looked at the opponent. Wow, it just raised it's attack. WOOP-DEE-DOO. She puffed up and shot out a long stream of water, in form of a Water Gun.

There was a good reason to boost stats. In the end, it nearly always ends out in the user's favor. Just like a sword. If you use it and you use it right. I'll will almost never fail you. His howl was his sword, and it will not fail him. Damon tackled into the Poliwag, dealing massive damage towards the Aquatic Pokemon.

Marill shook his head, rather surprised from the pain that the Kadabra caused. He wasn't too hurt, but the attack still surprised him and rather intimidated him as well. He wanted to battle though, so the Marill attacked again, however he failed to attack powerfully enough.

[Sylvia]

Leonard licked his lips, looking at his spoon, why end it so early? Leonard wants to have some FUN! Leonard released his spoon and let it drop, sending a small shockwave of broken energy at the opponent, causing just a pinch of what Leonard had in store. Heh. He wonders what he'll be like when he's nothing more than an Alakasam. No, not anything more than, when he is a MIGHTY one. Leonard made weird buzzing sound. He picked it back, and began concentrating huge amounts of energy into it, leaving himself vulnerable. He began floating, eyes closed.

Poliwag had had enough, it puffed even larger than before, shooting a large amount of very watery mud at the opponent, soaking the pokemon.

Though the Poliwag's attack did a lot of damage, Damon would still do more with his added power. Damon attacked again, tackling into the Poliwag. He would not show any weakness. He would end this battle. That was final.

Still intimidated, the Marill tried to attack again, however his fear only got the best of him, causing him to fail completely in his attack.
