"Well, since you've done that, uh... punch him again." Tiger Driver '91 happily obliged, delivering an ELECTRIFYING uppercut to Kenshin's jaw.

That uppercut shook tropius enough, together with the rest, he woke up, seems like he wasn't tired anymore. Lucky for Alex, as she could fight once more.
"Alright, enough playing around, Tropius, use your leaf blade now!"
Tropius flew towards the gastly with terrifyin speed, and his wing swung at him in a cut motion.

Tiger Driver '91 didn't take the Leaf Blade well. He was hurled back, and was this time obviously the worse for wear. However, he definitely wasn't out, and his natural Tiger Driver '91-yness took a bit of the sting off. Daryll cringed.
"Well. I guess the fight's back to being a fight again. Do the punch thing again." He did.

Alex cheered, "Alright, we can do this Kenshin. we gotta who him what we are made off, use Gust again, and this time, try and make it stronger!"
Kenshin used his wings again to create a strong Gust, being closer this Gust blew the gastly away hard.

"You know, after that last attack I'd figure you wouldn't try the "Annoy the other guys" attack again." Daryll said, as his arms became wetter. Tiger Driver '91 was still pretty okay.
"Well, if you're going to be annoying, hey Tiger Driver '91. Lick him again." HE did.

"Kenshin, you fool, that wasn't a stronger gust, that was exactly the same, geez!" She yelled at kenshin, who looked sad at this.
"Sigh, just, do another leaf blade, and this time aim for a weak point."
She said
Kenshin did just that, coming in again for a leaf blade attack.

Tiger Driver '91 was hit again, and this time he definitely didn't look too good.
"Dude, you okay?" Daryll ran over to check on him. The Gastly looked faint, and was kinda flickering. "...Do you wanna keep going?" Tiger Driver '91 was discombobulated, but quivered his approval. "Well, I mean, okay." And so it was that Tiger Driver '91 aimed another Thunderpunch right into Kenshin's face.

Kenshin staggered backwards, and he looked like he was wounded.
"Oh no, Kenshin... come back we should forfeit." She said to him
Kenshin didn't come back though, instead not moving a muscle waiting for another command.
"Kenshin you.... heh, you proud fool"she said softly.
"Alright then, we are gonna do this, we are too close too lose now, let's show them what we got, do a Gust attack!" She yelled.
Kenshing looked back in confusion, "Tro?" He asked, wanting to know if she was sure.
"Yes, do it, i believe in you, you can do this!" She exclaimed.
"Trooooooo!" With a boost of confidence, kenshin threw out a strong gust, straining himself in trying to beat the gastly.

Tiger Driver '91 got wise and held up the electric hand in front of him, blocking all the wind and rain blown at him. He then looked at his opponent like he was an idiot.
"No, really. That attack doesn't do anything. Why do you keep using it?" Daryll was also somewhat confounded. "I, uh. Lick, please." Tiger Driver '91 responded in kind.

"Confound it Kenshin, At least you dodged his attack.... or he missed, whatever." She said.
"Sigh... i know your leaf blade is strong, but if you keep doing that it won't make you stronger." She said.
Kenshin looked at Alex, only turning his head. "Tro, Tropius."
Alex smiled, "still wanna try huh, well alright, i have no problem with that, Kenshin you know what to do, Gust attack!"
Kenshin shot out another gust, he didn't like the opponent saying his gust was useless.

At that moment, a bolt of lightning surprised Tiger Driver '91, causing his attention to be momentarily diverted. He was summarily knocked off-balance and defeated. What a pity.
"Oh. Uh. I stand corrected. Good shot." Daryll nodded, after a moment's pause from the move doing anything. Then he slowly walked up to Tiger Driver '91. "You did good. Uh. Right." He was still somewhat surprised from Gust actually doing anything. Daryll placed Tiger Driver '91 back in the Pokeball, wide-eyed. He then remembered that he was sopping wet.
"...I hate rain." He took his beret in hand and wrang all the water out of it, put it back on, and walked back into the office of cranky old Professor Conifer to get Tiger Driver '91 feeling better. "You, uh, you both have a nice day." He said, raising his hand up as he walked into the lab.
(By the way, this denotes the end of Daryll's involvement in the thread.)

"Huh... weird guy, but not a bad trainer at all." Alex said.
"Well anyway, let's continue our journey, first stop, route 801!" She exclaimed to Kenshin.
"Troooo!" Kenshin exclaimed, going with the flow Alex set up.
After healing Kenshin up, she left for route 801, riding Kenshin of course.
Kenshin gained 5 Xp from Tiger Driver '91.
