"WHYYYYYYYY!?!?!?!?" Screamed a frustrated Celeste as she padded into Droughtenna on the back of her Zoroark, who was slightly puffing from the heat.
"That is called HEAT, Celeste, it happens in the desert." Ming-ming the stunky said with a slight hint of sarcasm. Celeste glared upwards at the purple pokemon on her head and leaned down, grabbing her Zoroark's fur tightly.
"Vulpina, a little help?" She asked. The fox pokemon smirked and leaned down as well, springing upwards and bouncing around like a bucking Rapidash. Ming-ming yelped and clung onto Celeste as tightly as she could, but she went flying and landed a few feet away, twitching before rolling upright while Vulpina stopped bucking. Celeste smirked at Ming-ming evilly as her steed rejoined the group.
"So, it's hot and humid, and I hate it. Where do we go in this giant oven to get cooled off?" She asked her friends, looking at Lesa, Azel and Sawyer.

Azel glanced over at Celeste and chuckled, both at the exchange and the ensuing ride. He supposed that was one way to get rid of a problem. He had no pokemon with him big enough to ride so, unlike the girls he was traveling with, the boy had opted to walk. It wasn't that big of a deal, really. Yes, he was hot and sweaty, but he had plenty of water. Besides, it was a good excuse to work on his tan. So he walked over to the discarded stunky and gave her a bow. "Wouldn't want M'lady to burn her feet now, would we?" he asked the stunky, giving her a wink before scooping her up and depositing her atop his own head.
Hey, one hat! Voila.
With that done, he glanced around the empty streets as Celeste asked what to do. Almost immediately Lesa and Sawyer claimed need of a pokemon center, which was understandable since they'd done some rough training on the way here. He hadn't, though, and neither had Celeste. So as the others went off, that left just the two of them. Hm.
"Well, I don't know about you, Celeste, but I'm starving. Besides that, I need a few supplies, so why don't we go to the Market? Have you ever been to Droughtenna's Market? It's the biggest in all of Varaia, and I'm sure they'll have some good food stalls there. Maybe I'll buy Ming-Ming some treats for getting tossed around, ne?"

Celeste narrowed her eyes at Ming-ming, who looked smug atop Azel's head. Playing the part perfectly, the little stunky nuzzled Azel's hair and winked at her trainer.
"Why thank you good sir. I truly appreciate this most wonderful favor." She said as Celeste dismounted her Zoroark. She petted the fox pokemon softly and hugged it.
"Thanks for the ride Vulpina. I think you should rest, that was quite a workout in this already nasty heat." She said, recalling Vulpina into her pokeball and placing it back at her side. She then turned to Azel and smiled at him, ignoring the ball of fluff on his head.
"Why not? It's hot out here. You think they'll have ice cream?" She asked, ready to follow him.
