Comet yelped at the first shocks, even though they were small, mostly cast off by the quick thinking of Celeste. No, he certainly did not like that, not at all! Now he was even more upset. First his playground, and now this. Just who did these people think they were? The suicune bristled and turned his head to the one who had attacked him, throwing his head back as he let loose with a mighty jet of water. If he was lucky, some of it might even splash onto the horrible person who had commanded it to hurt him. [RESULT: 4] Super Effective +1 Reso: 10/20 Comet: 32/35 Stunfisk: 20/25 Stunfisk: 0/25

The attack was good, but not quite good enough to really hurt it. Stunfisk jumped right back up from the attack and grinned malevolently at Comet. Celeste and Reso cracked their knuckles as they glared at the pokemon.
"That was a dirty trick! Reso, read that thing the riot act with Echoed Voice!" She commanded. Reso sucked in a deep breath, walking over to the Stunfisk close.
[RESULT: 7]
"RALLLLLLLTTTTTTTTTTSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!" He screamed, making stunfisk writhe in pain. It struggled against the sound of Reso's screams and began to throw electricity around wildly, unable to hear anything but the screaming ralts.
[RESULT: 9]
Unfortunately, due to their close proximity Reso caught the brunt of the attack, screaming in pain this time rather than pain.
"Reso! Nooo!" Celeste cried out as the Stunfisk smacked Reso away, sending the psychic pokemon went flying.

"No, Celeste, watch out!" But it was too late for her to warn of the backlash that being so close could cause, and poor Reso paid the price for it, getting knocked around like a rag doll. "Comet, catch him!" Sooner than the words were out of her mouth, the legendary of the north wind was bounding after his battle partner, using his furry form as a pillow to absorb the shock of his flight.
"Suicune cune," Stay with me. he barked, using his muzzle to nudge the tired little psychic onto his back. Then he turned to the stunfisk and roared again, the very air on the battle field vibrating with the sound.
"One more time Comet! Let's show these goons that we mean business. Water gun!"

Reso looked at the Suicune that held him and nuzzled his soft mane. "Ralts." Thank you. He whispered as he gathered his strength. Celeste looked at Lesa gratefully with a nod. "Thanks so much! We'll take it from here. Reso, please, try confusion once more!" She asked. Reso nodded and sat up, facing the Stunfisk with a nasty look. He focused his mind and put everything he had in this one last attack. [RESULT: 7] It was the most powerful attack Reso had ever tried, and it hit the stunfisk dead on, knocking it into its trainer. The two grunts were defeated as their pokemon lay unconscious, much to their displeasure. They looked up at their adversaries and glared through their masks. Reso: 1/20 Comet: 32/35 Stunfisk: 0/25 Stunfisk: 0/25 "So what if you beat us? We weren't trying to win, we were stalling for time. Guys, over here!" One of them said. Two women appeared from the brush, carrying a chain. They also wore skull masks but a much darker robe and no hood. "*tsk* You worthless magikarp. Alright we'll help ya." One of them said. The woman holding the chain tugged it roughly. "Alright, come out here and do as we say!" She said. From behind her, a Rayquaza appeared, holding something in one of its claws. But there was something off about this Rayquaza. It was a much paler green than normal Rayquaza should be, and it had a hollow look in its eyes. It looked upon the group with a sullen expression. Celeste and her friends looked on at the Rayquaza in pure horror, hugging her white egg tightly. "What did they do to it? Why doesn't it break free?" She asked as her egg started emanating intense heat, causing Celeste to grit her teeth. "We can't beat it! There is nothing we can do." She told the egg, calming it down. Celeste look on as the Rayquaza opened it's mouth to reveal pure blackness inside, a few gobs dripping out of its maw and onto the ground. "Alright, destroy them all with Dragon Pul---" "Sheer Cold, Now Marty!" A voice behind them said. Celeste looked behind her as the Articuno got up, leaping into the air and flapping it's wings hard just once. With the combination of his wingbeats and a beam from it's mouth, the attack was too large to be missed. The Rayquaza watched as the attack came toward it, not bothering to move. it seemed to have a happy expression as the attack connected, and it turned to the group as it fell, throwing the object it was holding at Lesa. "Rayquaza, Ray Ray Ray." Return me to the abyss, I beg you. He said to her as she caught the object. She looked and saw it was a Master Ball, and Aunia repeated the Rayquaza's request to her. She gulped and clutched the ball tightly, throwing it at the legendary. Rayquaza conjured a small Twister attack before it allowed itself to be captured. the whirlwind carried the master ball back to Lesa, landing at her feet. The grunts looked on in horrow as she picked it up, holding it, while Celeste looked at them with a wicked grin. "And now you don't have a pokemon to hide behind. Pendra, send them away with Poison Sting!" She commanded. The red bug crawled on top of her head and glared at them before raising its tail. It fired poisonous needles from both ends in the direction of Team Necro, who yelped just as an explosion occurred. "Team Necro's going to haunt someone else!" They called out as they soared through the sky, far away from the group. Celeste turned to Lesa as Pendra returned to her place on Celeste's back and she stared at the Master Ball. "There was something awful weird about that Rayquaza. What did it mean by "Return me to the Abyss"?" She asked as Vulpina jumped up and down, pawing at the ball uneasily every time it was level with the object. Pokemon Obtained: Lesa: Pokemon Name: U. Things just kept getting stranger and stranger around here. The grunts were defeated, but as soon as they were, another misfortune arose. From across the river a dark mass formed, with a cackling, cold voice. Lesa quickly turned to see a much more sinister set of Necro flunkies, sporting a different but no less menacing outfit. The breeder had no answers for the very good questions that Celeste tossed out, simply shaking her head. "For some reason it probably can't," she answered back in a soft murmur. All conversation, however, was abruptly cut off when the woman across the river ordered the rayquaza to attack, only to be cut off by the Blizzara woman.
For a moment, Lesa thought that the object that was tossed to her, which she caught on reflex, was purely by accident. Perhaps the large, oddly colored beast had dropped it from the force of the attack. But no, she had seen that slightly happy look, had watched it look towards her and only then let go of the object. She glanced down at it, and was staring at the purple ball in amazement as Aunia translated it's words. She nodded numbly, returning the creature to it's ball, once again amazed as it created an attack to launch it right back at her after it was housed. That rayquaza wanter to be in her possession. Why, she did not know, but it did, and she was not about to refuse such a powerful being this request. After all, it needed her.
For some reason she could not fathom.
Picking up the ball, Lesa turned to Team Necro with an arrogance that was only for show. "Well, what now? Your secret weapon is now in my hands!" She held up the master ball to taunt them with it, noticing with no small amount of satisfaction that they were just as dumbfounded as she felt. They were quickly sent packing with a well placed aim from Celeste's Venipede, and the breeder turned to look at her companions.
"I don't understand," she admitted, setting the container that held her pokemon egg at her feet. Aunia climbed up to her shoulder, and the girl held the master ball in both of her hands, looking down on it almost as if the thing were a time bomb that could go off at any moment. "Return it to the Abyss? The Abyss of Legends? Why would it want to go there?" Lesa turned her eyes from Celeste to the other woman, and then back again, hoping one of them had the answers that she did not.

"Well, the Abyss of Legends is notorious for being the place where legendaries off themselves. Maybe it's time for that Rayquaza to move on." Krister said in reponse as she approached the girl. "But it said return it to the Abyss, which means it was in there at one point. Pokemon that fling themselves into the Abyss don't come back." Celeste said, her zorua nodding in confirmation. Krister stared at the master ball in the breeder's hands with silent acknowledgement. Behind her Sammich and Marty also looked at the master ball uneasily while their friend studied it close. "Nestor, the Head of the Dragon's Den in Hurricana, turns out a lot of oddball Rayquaza's every year, but I've never seen one quite like that. It looked like it was in pain." She said quietly while her delibird moved in close. It sniffed the pokeball and then reached into its tail, pulling out a special seal and placing it on the ball. Krister smiled and pat his head while turning to Lesa. "Well that is very generous of you Sammich. That seal he just gave you deactivates the pokeball sensory program, which means you can legally carry seven pokemo--oh my are you a breeder? Your test egg is hatching!" She said, pointing to Lesa's egg-case. The brown egg inside wobbled and wobbled, and slowly is began to crack. Lesa placed the ball in her bag and ran over to open the case and pull out the egg just as the shards fell away, leaving a wet, fluffy Pidgey in her hands. It wriggled around in her cupped hands until it was able to right itself, where it opened its eyes and looked up at her sweetly. "Pidgey." Mommy. It said, opening it's mouth and squealing for food. Krister smiled as she pulled a container of pokemon food out from her bag and handed it to Lesa. "Feed it with this. That's one of Trevor's Pidgey, which means you passed his test. Well, seeing as how I myself am a Center Head, allow me to repay you for saving us today. Marty, hand it over!" She said, turning to her articuno. The sapphire bird nodded and reached into his long tail, unraveling something from within. It gently set the object down, revealing it to be a big blue egg. Krister picked up the egg and grabbed an egg case from her bag, placing it inside with a cherish ball on top and carrying it over to Lesa. "As the Head of the Fury of Ice Breeding Center, I am proud to say that you have passed my test and award you with one of my eggs. Congratulations." She said, setting the egg case beside the breeder. For once, Lesa said nothing, simply nodding as Celeste spoke. The girl made a good point. It had said return, which meant it had been there before. "Perhaps those Necro people captured it before it could do what it had set out to," she offered with a vague shrug, holding the ball up so that Krister could inspect it more closely. Something about the creature within seemed to make all of the pokemon uneasy, for even Comet, who was normally quite a cuddly sort, was standing his ground, Reso still perched on his back.
She turned to the delibird as something appeared on her ball, Krister identifying it as something that would allow her to carry a seventh ball with her, not that she had any intention of using this pokemon as if it were her own. After all, she was just doing it a favor. Still, she smiled at Sammich anyway, internally shaking her head at the name, and said her thanks.
Only to have her attention pulled to the container that held her recently acquired egg. "Oh, dear!" She moved quickly to put the rayquaza's ball into her bag, kneeling down to scoop the egg out of it's container and hold it close. None too soon, either, for not a moment later a baby sat where the egg once was, chirping up at her, demanding food. She couldn't blame the little thing, it had just hatched after all.
Lesa reached back for her bag, looking a bit frazzled with all the events of the past few minutes, and was cursing silently as she searched for a bit of food to give to the pidgey, when a container appeared in front of her. Glancing up, Lesa let go of a breath she hadn't realized she'd been holding as she gratefully took the food. "Thanks," she said quietly, settling down on the ground, placing the bird in her lap. Where it promptly pecked at her leg and screeched loudly while she opened the container. "Hold on, hold on! I'm getting it!" The breeder laughed softly as she fumbled with the lid, managing to get it open just in time to shove a piece into the pidgey's beak as it prepared itself for another loud wail.
The bird blinked a few times, giving a muffled squawk of surprise, before digging in the the food, downing this first piece quickly. It pecked Lesa's fingers until she gave it another, and then settled in for it's first meal. In the mean time, Lesa glanced up in confusion at the rustling she'd heard from the others. Someone seemed to have pressed the fast forward button on life, and the poor girl's brain was having trouble keeping up.
"You're a Center Head?" she echoed blankly, her eyes turning to the articuno who was fishing something from it's tail. It seemed like in less than a second, Krister had plucked an egg from the blue bird, dumped it into a container that boasted the Fury of Ice branded cherish ball, and was shoving the thing into her hands. To say that Lesa was flabbergasted would have been the understatement of the century.
"But... What... I don't... I thought..." She paused for a second and shook her head. "Is this okay?" the girl finally managed to squeak. "Didn'tyousayyouweredeliveringthistosomeone?" The last few words ran together in a blur. Was it really okay to just pass her like this? She hadn't even found the Breeding Center in Blizzara. As she tried to sort everything out in her head, Lesa began to pale. With the last few minutes of her life blazing by, she was beginning to look, and feel, rather faint.

Krister patted Lesa's back gently, squatting down beside her.
"Easy now. Don't you black out while you are feeding your pidgey. I can't think of anyone who deserves this egg more than you right now. Don't worry about my delivery, Marty's libido will soon find me another egg within the next few days." She chuckled, looking over at her rather pleased Articuno. She stood back up and stretched out, walking over to Marty.
"Well, I better get home now before Marty decides he's too tired to fly. You take care of that egg now, I know you`ll do right by it. I hope to see you again soon." She said as she mounted her Articuno.
"Sammich come on! Let's get going." She commanded. The Delibird took one last look at the group before reaching into it's tail again, holding two glowing orbs.
"Oh no, Sammy no! HIT THE DECK!" Krister called as Sammich threw the two orbs at Comet and Reso.
"De-deli!" He said as the orbs dispersed right into them. Reso suddenly felt much better and jumped off of Comet without problem, running over to Celeste.
"Ralts!" He said, hugging her leg. Krister peeked from behind her Articuno's neck and heaved a sigh of relief.
"Normally Sammich's presents blow up. You guys are lucky, haha. Well, see you again!" She said as Marty took off, Sammich not too far behind. Soon the snow stopped falling, and the cold left them, leaving only heat now. Celeste looked up at the sky as it started to turn dark, and she yawned, holding her egg close.
"I think we need to sleep this off. I don't know what to make of any of this. Congrats on your eggs though." She said, scouting for a place to make camp.
