SPLASH! a rain drop landed on Will's head soon followed by another. "Libra I think we should find..." Will didn't get a chance to finish his sentence before it started to pour. "some shelter."
Libra beamed and dashed through the forming puddles.
Will shook his head at his Pokemon's antics and put his hood up. They could stay out for a few minutes longer.

Nariv glanced upwards curiously, holding a carious hand out before himself, feeling the gentle raindrops begin to fall downwards from the sky. A storm was clearly brewing. Taking a moment to address the situation, Nariv remembered Fai. He hadn't actually seen the Angel Absol since he first met the pokemon. It had wanted to stay out of sight and on it's own.
With all this wind and rain, Nariv wondered if that would still be the case. Regardless, the Angel Absol would make the decision on his own and Nariv had already made his own decision. He would move on, regardless of the rain. It hadn't made a difference in the past, it would make no difference now.
It took little time to run into a familiar figure. Will was standing in the rain watching his Deerling bound about, making quite a splash in the grass.

At the sound of approaching footsteps Will turned and saw the kid from earlier. He offered a slight smile. "Nice weather we're having isn't it?" The kid seemed nice enough just quiet, like he himself was.
Libra bounded closer to them and skidded to a stop through a puddle soaking the two trainers. "Libra." Will chided softly.
Libra laid his ears back embarrassed, but still wagged his tail eager to get the two humans to play with him.

With a rather... dignified strut, two pokemon emerged from a very waterlogged patch of grass, brushing droplets of water off of their shoulders. Hmm.... yes. Nothing much left to do in this rain, was there? They'd counted their berry storage, miffed about, made snide comments about the other pokemon... oh, it was beginning to get dreadful. Late, too. The Squirtle and Totodile turned up their noses at each other but walked along side by side until they ran into the most peculiar site. Talk about unappealing to the eye - humans! And what was worse, pokemon being forced to tag along! How discriminating. Glancing towards each other with an arched brow, the two strolled along further until they presented themselves before the humans and their 'partners', ready to fight them and show them that being proper was really the way to go.

Libra noticed the Pokemon first and was ready to play. But the two Pokemon weren't. "Deerling ling deer." A battle? Alright.
He faced off the Squritle and pawed the ground waiting for an order.
"Tackle it." Will ordered. Libra charged forward and the battle begun.
Libra 23/24 Squrtil 9/15
